The part I ordered took a wee while to arrive which I could forgive but when it arrived it was the wrong part and no amount of little plastic adapters or fittings (included in the box), could make the part of any use to anyone. I popped along to the local garage, just incase I was being particularly stupid but all the Kings men couldn't put this Humpty together again. I told them they could keep it as it might come in handy one day, judging the expression on the mechanics face, I think it will be propping up all the other garage garbage in they're skip. Maybe they just don't care or maybe they just send any old crap through the post ? I'll let you decide.

Hi Steven, Thanks for the review - sorry to hear the item didn't fit as required. Unfortunately, by disposing of the item it means we are unable to investigate this issue fully - if it had been kept, we could have arranged a freepost return so we could check the correct item was dispatched. We could have also then asked our suppliers to look into this and see if there have been any other issues with this item. With the return, a full refund could have also been issued. We do care as a company, as shown by our high level of positive reviews and eBay feedback. Unfortunately, there will be rare occasions when an item doesn't fit as required and when this happens, we are always willing to investigate fully and resolve the issue with the customer asap. I chose this particular cover for our Mondeo because it was supposed to fit the make and model (details as submitted prior to purchase). It did not fit and has had to be returned. There was no problem with quality and value just that it did not fit in spite of supplying details of what was required.

Hi Angeline, Sorry that this item did not fit as required - it is a universal item so is recommended to fit the vast majority of vehicles on the road. Unfortunately, there may be rare occasions when it doesn't fit and we can then amend the details on our site to reflect this. Kind regards,

Although the quality of rubber boot mat is good, it doesn't fit my RR Evoque's boot properly. I struggle a bit to close the boot. I don't suggest this mat for RR Evoque.

Your eBay advert informs - "Car Drinks Cup Bottle Holder" but it is not true. This holder is for bottles only. It is NOT right for cups. None paper or plastic cups avaible in UK. Change your advert on "holder for bottles " please or I will have to give negative feedback.

Hi Marta, Sorry to hear you weren't completely happy with this item - we do list Cup and Bottle in the title and description to show it can fit either. We've sold 100s of this item and people have left feedback for cups, cans and bottles so it does very much depend on the item you have looking to place in the holder. This order for a Haynes Workshop manual was disappointing owing to the quality of the paper employed in the publication. Frankly the paper was of the same quality as blotting paper, of little use when greasy hands are involved as you would expect for this type of publication. The reduction in price was misleading and I did not receive the quality item expected

Hi Edward, Sorry to hear this - the manuals we receive are genuine Haynes products so if you feel the item was of inferior quality, it may be worth contacting them directly regarding this issue. We can also contact them to pass on your thoughts. The reduced price we offer for the manuals does not have any bearing on the quality of the materials used, as this is beyond our control, so the price is not misleading. I bought the front seat covers for my Ford Fiesta 1.4 diesel 2011. I did check when I ordered these that they were supposed to be compatible to fit this model, but I found these almost impossible to fit. One thing the rear of the covers fit over the rear of seat pockets rendering them useless, also the seat bottom cannot be fitted because you can't get between the sides or back to tie the loops anywhere so I ended up just stuffing as much material as possible between the seat and seat back. Sorry maybe it's just me but I asked a friend who also could not do any better. So therefor after spending two hours trying to fit properly I gave up. They don't look too bad and only used as protection but would not recommend these.

Hi John, Sorry to hear of these issues when fitting the seat covers. They are a universal cover, so will not be tailored to fit every vehicle but they should still fit well, so it's disappointing to hear this. We would recommend checking YouTube for some fitting videos, as this can be very useful in getting some tips for how to fit seat covers in the best way possible. Not having a visible phone number is very disappointing. The express delivery was chosen and late so a refund is being organised I'm told but am not being updated on. Apart from that the service and communication is good and professional. Just a little room for improvement.

Hi Ben, We do apologise about the late delivery - unfortunately Parcel Force let us down on this occasion and the delay was beyond our control. Despite this, we have refunded the cost of express delivery as we understand the frustration that a delay may cause. The refund has been processed but may take up to 48 hours to show in your account. We don't currently have a phone number listed I'm afraid - we are an online business so we feel emails and live chat gives us the best way of communicating with our customers at present. part correct speedy delivery,,unfortunately very poor quality,,my own fault for scrimping..you get what you pay for,,and it was cheap,,glass fell out wouldn't stay in cut a story short I bought a more expensive one,,lesson learnt.

Hi Adrian, Many thanks for your review. Although we list our items at very competitive prices, the units should still be of a high standard so we apologise if the unit you received was below par. The glass certainly shouldn't fall out, regardless of the price paid. However, we're disappointed that this is the first we have heard of this issue, as we have not received any previous communication regarding this. If a unit has any issues, we can accept a return within 30 days and we can also pass the unit back to our suppliers, where it can be investigated. delivery was quick and on time. product however looks flimsy, and the hose is leaking. I am trying to fix it with duct tape but if i can't, then i will have wasted my money.

Buyer, be a 100% certain about what you want to order (model no, year etc.). Any accidental orders should be considered as a loss, as NPAutoparts will not respond to any emails requesting for returns, refunds, exchanges or queries. Quite disappointed. Will not order from them again.

Hi Mark, You purchased a MC1089 which is one of 2 possible mirror cover units for an E39 BMW - the dimensions are stated within the advert and it does state there are 2 sizes available, as we unfortunately do encounter this issue from time to time, when a customer is not aware that BMW supplied the 3, 5 and 7 Series models with different size mirrors. Therefore, if it doesn't fit it is highly likely that you require the alternative mirror cover and the incorrect unit has been ordered. You can return the part to us for an exchange and we can resolve this issue by processing an exchange, however please do note that the advert listing states the dimensions etc so if the incorrect cover has been purchased, we have done everything possible to direct customers to the fact that there are 2 different covers available and return postage costs will need to be covered. On our eBay listings we do have an estimated delivery period of 4-5 working days - this is to ensure that any items we need to order from our supplier can be delivered to us and then dispatched to the customer within the estimated delivery period. However, on this occasion our supplier let us down and did not get the part to us for the next working day. We were left waiting for the part which in turn, delayed the delivery time. Hi, Sorry to hear this - however, this is the first communication we've had regarding this issue. If you could email us regarding the tailored mats, we can ask our supplier to investigate. In terms of the seat covers, they are a universal set so any holes for seatbelts/headrests etc may have to be made by the customer.
