I ordered a replacement NS tail night for a Vauxhall Corsa but when the part turned up it did not fit. All the connections where in the right place, matched up with the one I had replaced it with but when it was put on the car it was not an exact fit into the tail light assembly hole, there was around a 1cm gap. I have confirmed that this is the right part that was supplied but the manufacturer of the part has not made an exact copy of the one supplied with the car and is not suitable for use.

i was very disappointed as i bought the seat covers for a fiat qubo which was listed. the front seats were ok the rear were useless no where near a fit for the car listed i must admit your customer service was excellant and you offered to take the items back. i dont expect a fully fitted set for the price but would expect a rough fit its obvious you have never even looked at fiat the qubo seat dimensions john tierney

Hi John, We're sorry to hear the covers did not fit the vehicle they were purchased for. We do only stock universal covers...which are designed to fit a wide range of vehicles. Therefore, they will not be a perfect or tailored fit. Please note that unfortunately we are not able to check each and every make and model of vehicle for the exact dimensions and we do go by our supplier's information and compatibility guides. As they are listed for so many different cars, there will unfortunately be the odd occasion when they do not fit - when this happens, we can of course offer a return for a full refund and we can take a note of this for any future sales. The electrics in the mirror do not work, so i cannot adjust the mirror or use the indicator light.

I am not very happy with this wipers because are not the same fitting as original so I had to fit without the plastic cover over it and is exposed to weather and I don't have the time to return it I did give the details of my car so is nothing more I can do

What initially seemed a good quality product has turned into something completely different. The mats fitted well in the car but it was noticed the odour of rubber was quite strong and unpleasant. Unfortunately after a short time in the car the smell was overpowering, in fact you could 'taste' the rubber. I have since removed the mats and tried cleaning them with detergents but to no avail. They are now sitting in my garage...which now stinks of rubber!

Although NPAutoparts provided a pretty decent service, supplying the item I ordered, I was disappointed in the replacement part itself. I purchased a Citroen Berlingo L/H front, electric wing mirror, as a direct replacement for the existing broken OEM mirror. The item was of a lesser overall quality, than the OEM part. It is not as sturdy and metal parts are replaced with plastic, which is to be expected for the price. It was fitted with no issues, however when adjusted electrically, the mirror glass protrudes well beyond the plastic mirror body surround. This exposes the mirror internals, wires, motors etc to the elements and curious members of the public. Company OK, part not so.

Hi Anthony, Many thanks for your review. Although it's supposed to be wholly based on the service received, we understand that some feedback on the products is useful. The aftermarket parts should be of the same standard as the OEM products, however some do use plastic parts instead of metal where necessary to keep costs down. In terms of the function of the mirror glass itself, it sounds like this is quite normal. The huge majority of mirror units will allow the glass to be adjusted to a quite extreme angle, past the edge of the mirror housing. This is certainly true of the cars owned by staff here. There's normally no need to adjust the mirror glass to this extreme angle but it's there to give the driver the highest range of adjustment. We're disappointed that this is the first we have heard of the issue though, as we would always encourage our customers to contact us directly so we can attempt to resolve any issues with the item purchased before a review is left. As the review is supposed to be based on the service received (i.e. a merchant review), this would allow us to provide an extra layer of service before any feedback is provided on Reviews.co.uk. Please do let us know if you require any further help but from your description of the issue, it sounds quite normal and there shouldn't be any need to adjust the mirror glass to such an extreme angle. If not happy with any item, a buyer can return it within 30 days of the original order date. We would ask that they contact us directly if they wish to do so. Kind regards,

Had to modify the part to make it fit and work properly , Ie the thread was too fine for the original screws that were on the car , the connector for the electric mirror was wrong so I re wired the old connector on to the new mirror and the mirror moulding doesn't sit flush with the car door , the website did say it was for a Peugeot 206hdi 2003 which is what I ordered it for .

Hi Stephen, The mirror unit ordered is recommended for 206 models from 1998 - June 2003. There is an alternative available for models after June 2003, when a facelifted version of the 206 was introduced...so is it possible that your model would in fact need this alternative mirror unit? If you can provide your registration plate to sales@npautoparts.co.uk we can look into this further for you. However, it's worth noting that we can only accept a return for a refund or exchange if the item is in as-new condition. If the buyer chooses to attempt the modify the item without contacting us first to investigate the issue, this is beyond our control. Any modifications will void the warranty on a product. The part I ordered was perfect and was exactly what I wanted. However there was no option to change the delivery option, so I had to choose 2nd class. I ordered the part on a Thursday and it didn't arrive until the next Friday. 2nd class isn't normally that slow, so I was very disappointed, as I needed the part urgently and was expecting it by Thurs at the latest.

Hi Sarah-Jane, Many thanks for your review, any feedback is much appreciated. We've checked the system for your order and we can confirm that the order was received on Friday 16th, not a Thursday as stated. We have a note on the listing for this part that it will be dispatched within 48 hours - delivery is then 2-3 working days from this. If the buyer misses this note, it is unfortunate but we do provide this note so the buyer knows the item isn't going to be dispatched the same day. The item was dispatched the next working day (Monday 19th October) so this was within the 48 working hour period listed. Royal Mail 2nd class should then be 2-3 working days but if the item did not arrive until Friday 23rd then this was 1 day later than expected, so this is unfortunate. We don't provide an alternative shipping method for certain items as they need to be ordered in from our supplier. If people choose an express delivery, then would expect it to be dispatched immediately and this is not possible for certain items, so standard Royal Mail is offered as the delivery method for those items. Overall, we dispatched this item as quickly as possible but we understand the frustration if Royal Mail then delivered the item 1 day later than expected. However, we believe it was maybe the note about 48 hour dispatch that was missed on this occasion. Kind regards,

Hi Roger, We sent out a driver's side unit because this is what was ordered. It would have stated this on all confirmation emails. We will email you to discuss separately but we will also ask that this review is revised, as the negative feedback will affect our reputation as a seller and we have only supplied what was ordered. The product (9 piece car seat cover set) was delivered in a timely manner and was of sufficient quality but there was no provision for the rear headrests and seat belts in the rear seat cover. I contacted the seller regarding this, who suggested to "cut holes" in the cover for the headrests? Thus "voiding any return" Also, any rear passenger would need to "pull the cover to the side in order to fasten a seat belt" As the material is polyester, any cuts would eventually lead to a "ladder" effect! This "Rear cover" of this product is not really fit for use!

Hi Andrew, Good to hear the order arrived promptly and you were happy with the quality. In terms of the fit - it's standard for universal seat covers to not have pre-cut holes for seatbelts/headrests etc. If they had holes cut in specific places...they would no longer be truly universal! We advise that customers may need to make small incisions to let the fixings through...but only if they are happy to do so as we can then no longer accept a return (once again, standard procedure as products can only be returned in as-new condition). If a buyer is not happy with this, they can return for a full refund. We have emailed you from our system with a return request, in case you would like to return the covers for a full refund. We would always encourage buyers to contact us if they have any issue, or before the purchase has been made if they are unsure of any details such as this. Universal items will often need slight amendments made to make them fit a specific vehicle so we can always advise of this prior to purchase or fitting. Kind regards,

Paid on the 25th Aug! Marked as dispatched on1st Sept (7 days later) and missed 'estimated' delivery date by miles. Arrived 5th Sept. Product OK, but getting it out was slow.

Dear Mr Skinner, I would like to apologise for the slow delivery on this order. For some Haynes manuals we dont keep them on the shelf, so special order them from Haynes warehouse. Usually this is 2 days to us, then we post that same day to our customer, on a 2 day delivery service. It seems for some reason the order was slower from Haynes, and not helped by the bank holiday weekend. We now get our Haynes deliveries next day, so customers should receive manuals within 3 days of order. Kind Regards Neil

Purchased Tailored Floor Mats which arrived promptly a fortnight ago, they appear to be good quality however, the major problem is the smell of plastic, couldn't use them initially as the smell was over powering, left them in the garage for 10 days and they are now back in the car but although the smell is no longer unbearable it is still pervasive. Another problem is that when wearing smooth soled shoes if the ground is wet upon stepping into the car there is a tendency to slip. Overall disappointed, wanted to save some money against main dealer product but got what I paid for an unsatisfactory product.

Hi Paul, Sorry to hear this - the mats provided by our supplier can sometimes have a smell to them but this should reduce if the mats are aired/washed. In terms of slipping, we're once again sorry to hear this but we believe this will be more to do with the two materials (sole of the shoe and rubber mat) with the water layer between. This would most likely make any rubber material a bit slippery. Just a quick note, this review system is supposed to be geared towards the merchant, rather than the product. Therefore, it should be focused on the service received, dispatch time etc. However, we do appreciate the feedback. Kind regards,

Hi Daniel, We were sorry to hear that the glass in your item was damaged in transit. We have offered our returns system and we don't believe this to be a long process. There's just a quick online returns form to complete and we'll then email you with a prepaid postage label...so the return is at our own cost (not yours!). Once the item is returned to us, we can send out a replacement. This would be very similar to any online retailer's returns process, as any damaged items need to be returned before a replacement can be sent. Ordered an item online, received the following day, pleased with the ordering process and prompt delivery. Item didn't seem to do what it was meant to, mailed np autoparts for advice, very prompt initial response, then ... Nothing. Mailed again for further response, again, nothing. Waited a couple of days, decided to try another approach, live chat , asked about returns policy, response received, problem sorted. FYI, the Farad roof bars (SIME2 120) do not fit a Citroen Berlingo Multispace 2008 on.

Delivery very poor no name on package, delivered to our work place without my name. On the package with no delivery note so nobody new who it was for.

Hi Eamon, Sorry to hear this - however, like most companies, we only send to the address as provided by the customer. In this case, it did not feature a name on the delivery address (only provided with the billing address). Furthermore, the delivery address is listed with the order confirmation email so the buyer can double-check the details before the item is dispatched. We didn't receive any communication from you regarding this. We would urge all buyers to check the details they have entered before proceeding with the order and to also then read and fully understand the order confirmation and dispatch emails that we send. I bought Walser seat covers . One elastic loop used to secure them came off when I tried to fit the cover , and not enough hook and eyes were supplied .

I purchase a Ford Fiesta rear light cluster and found the top plastic post was too long, leaving the cluster about 5mm proud of the chassis when put in situ. I only resolved this by unscrewing the metal threaded bolt from the plastic post and reducing the size of the post it by cutting it. I then had the problem that the metal threaded bolt was too long to screw into the plastic post so I had to re-use one of the three threaded bolts from the part I was replacing. This is such a basic flaw that I really can't understand how it would get through a basic quality check.

Hi, We're sorry to hear of this issue - we can of course accept a return if an item is discovered to be faulty or damaged upon arrival. We can then either offer a replacement or a refund. However, if a buyer chooses to amend or adjust the item unfortunately we will not be able to offer our returns system and the warranty may also be void. We would ask buyers to contact us if an item is not how they expected, as we can then investigate the issue ourselves. It may be something that would be useful to be aware of for any future transactions but we won't be able to look into this fully now.
