Bought a RoofRail Feet kit. Unexpectedly does not come with all components to attach to roofbars. Unable to call to identify what is required to meet what I need. Very disapointed

Hi Angus. As with all Thule sets, this is usually comprised of 3 interchangeable components. We feel that once you contacted us, we helped you to find the correct components and also refunded your delivery fee as a gesture of goodwill. Kind regards.

My experience with DriveDen was absolutely appalling and most likely will never attempt to buy from you again. After placing an order for roof bars with over 10day wait I chased to find my order had been lost, with my order being for a specific date I wasn't best pleased, guenteed that I would still get them for the date required I chased again the following date only to be told that some items was now out of stock. So I cancelled the order got a refund and order from a competitor of yours and they arrived next day! Very poor service

Hi Ian. Again, really sorry for your experience with us. Please bare in mind that this was an error on behalf of our courier and was not lost but sent to the wrong address. We are currently attempting to retrieve this. Sorry we did not have the stock to immediately replace your order but we did offer an immediate refund and our sincerest apologies! Checked before ordering if a boot liner would fit my car and sent many photos of the boot for the avoidance of doubt. They confirmed it was but when it arrived the shape and size is wrong. It's too big for one thing. Hugely disappointed after taking steps beforehand to make sure it was the right one.

Really sorry to hear this! This should have been a complete 100% fit. Please send us pictures of the boot both with and without the liner along with your vehicle reg so that we can get this resolved asap for you.

I ordered a pair of windscreen wiper blades on the 29 Dec and have still not received them, i have asked for a delivery update to be told delivery would be made yesterday and I still haven't received them.

Doesn't fit I chose the right year and w177 mercedes with the boot shape as mine, I did contact this company a few days ago but didn't reply until I did my 1 star but would if I could do 0 star paypal is dealing with this issue as company won't reply

very poor had trouble from the start can not get the covers to lock they sent videos to show how to fit them which they do lock when the bars are not on the car but no way will they lock when you fit the bars on the car tried always but they won't lock

Hi there its taken 2 emails 4 days for driveden to email me back to use parts Adaptor 4 but that does not make 1 wiper 100mm longer and it does not make the other wiper 50mm shorter how many times do you have to send emails to get things sorted out.

The dog grille cannot be fitted because I can’t get the headrests off despite you saying it was compatible. I’ve emailed a request via your website for help but had no response. My email is pnj132004@yahoo.co.uk

Hi Peter, We did respond to your email - our response was sent on the 6th May at 15:35. To confirm, the listing specifically states that the rear headrests must be removeable for this dog guard to fit - the note is in a red box on the listing, and then is repeated in the full description. Therefore, we do make this very clear for the buyer to check their vehicle prior to purchase - and if the headrests cannot be removed, we offer an adaptor kit that is available to purchase separately. Therefore we do believe that this negative review is very harsh, considering we did respond to the email, and our listing is very clear with the requirements for the item. Within our email on the 6th May we provided a link to the adaptor kit, or we offered a return and refund if this is preferred. Kind regards, DriveDen

Very poor customer service they sent me floor mats that did not fit my vehicle then proceed to give me the runaround demanding that I should send them pictures proving that the floor mats were completely unsuitable for my vehicle, don't use this garbage website to order floor mats they are an absolute rip-off.

Apologies, you stated in your email to us that we had sent you LHD mats? As we do not stock any mats for the LHD market (being UK based), we merely asked to see a picture of these, as per our standard returns process. On delivery I discovered the items provided were manufactured in and imported from Russia. Noone should be doing business with Russia until it withdraws from Ukraine.

These were purchased before Russia invaded Ukraine and is the last of our remaining stock. We no longer trade with Russia whilst they occupy the Ukraine and we now use an alternative supplier (Gledring)

The order came quickly but found part of roof rails did not fit, trying to get hold of customer services was quite difficult and charging me £17 to return item. Not good

I recently ordered BMW 4-series rubber mats and it came with very poor quality and used marks where there a clear tear and wear signs! I immediately requested to return as I had to do so, but unfortunately never found response! Very disappointed 😞 Not recommended...

Sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction with this product. We can assure you that this item is brand new and has not been opened or used in any way. Sometimes, there can be a slight residue as a result of the manufacturing process but this is easily removed. These are also one of our best reviewed, premium mat sets so I can only assume that you have a faulty set. We have emailed you to arrange an exchange or refund. Please check your spam folder. I am not a very experienced Internet buyer. I spent about an hour (maybe 2)on your site trying to work out what I needed. I placed my items in the shopping basket (about £ 1200.00) and tried to arrange delivery only to be told that you don't deliver to Ireland ... only to the UK. Well that is all very interesting but I live in Northern Ireland, which the last time I looked was still part of the UK. So that was a complete waste of time. Maybe it should be "flagged up" at the start before all that time is wasted. DELIVERY ONLY TO MAINLAND UK.

Sorry to hear this, and apologies that your location was confused with Ireland. We can send to Northern Ireland, however, our site has a maximum weight and size set for that courier, which was exceeded and caused no shipping options to appear. This is because although we can send to NI we are limited by the size of some items that cannot be sent by our current courier.
