“Product good and arrived quickly. No significant probems. One issue with DriveDen parts checker is that stated the product would not be compatible with my vehicle. This was (obviously) incorrect as the product description lists compatible vehichles which included the make and year of my van. Whilst I proceeded despite this (and clearly it was sucessful) the purchase did give me some concern unil it arrived and I checked the box.”

“The item was delivered quickly When checked the weight the cross bars had been sufficient to cause them to burst through the ends (both) of the parcel The parcel may also have been handled roughly All of the three items making up the roof bars were still in the box”

“After paying for express delivery the bars did not arrive on the date promised, however following contact with DriveDen they contacted the carrier and kept me fully updated on a new delivery date. The bars arrived on the new date and DriveDen refunded the cost of the express delivery, thank you”
