“Very pleased with the product and the service from DriveDen, the problem I experienced was with their derlivery service provided by Dx. After 4 'attempts' at delivery on 4 consecutive days I had to use their parcel tracking system to find the van and pick up my delivery from the van.”

“Pleased with the mats. But having to be to home to sign for parcel was a problem as delivery courier only gave me 20 mins warning their arriving and I was out.”

“I was very happy with the speedy and secure delivery. However, the rubber seal for the underside of the bars is ever so slightly too thin so falls out of the gap. The rubber for the top of the bar was fine though.”

“Do your research first as nowhere to go/see what the products are like before purchase bar Thule, but ordering was easy - delivery so fast it even beats Amazon Prime but the only let down is spares ... I wanted 2 extra rubber pieces but ... it is not shown in the listing and after email contactm ... they cfm they have them but rarely in stock... so keep asking. That is why only a 4 - sorry”

“We didn’t get off to a great start - the instructions for the front bar did not correctly state the holes that bracket should sit within and the rear bar bracket number 4 was not included. Had to be posted out separately. But your response to this was excellent and good communication channel with Matt, in particular. Would be great if you included a telephone number to deal with queries - couldn’t find one if it exists.”

“Very efficient sale and delivery. The Farad bars are well made, fitted exactly and appear to be a quality product. Just one small problem- the slot at the top is narrower than the slot underneath, but the rubber strip provided is exactly the same, so underneath it falls out. Easily attached with double sided tape, but it should all have fitted correctly.”
