“Order process was very simple and it arrived very quickly - so off to a good start Opened the box and there was some odour (common problem with this type of mat) but it faded rapidly Seems to provide a moderately grippy finish and adequate protection The mat was VERY tightly rolled and as a result it was difficult to flatten out and after 5 days it's still not regained it's correct shape along the raised edge that was most tightly rolled. I will get a hairdryer and warm it up locally to coax it into place but as I shouldn't have to do this I've knocked a star off.”

“DriveDen were great but delivery company was a bit challenging. First attempt to deliver, they were sorry they missed us (we were in all day) and they did allegedly get to the road next to ours), second attempt they didnt even make it near. Neil at DriveDen was really helpful and asked for our What3words that he passed onto DXpress and third attempt they found us - thanks Neil”

“On tye whole, drive den was very good. My only gripe is that the boot mat I purchased doesn't quite fit, although it is for the make and model of my car, just not a 3 door version which I didnt notice. In Drive Den's defence, there is a picture of the vehicle boot when you hover over the mat. I didn't notice this, or tbh, the shape of my boot, which is why I havent sent it back. It just costs more money in poetage, so I have put yp with it. The other mats are fine and the service wss great also.”

“Ordered rubber car mats for my car but didn’t fit because of a fault on driveden site , staff was very helpful to sort the issue out ? But didn’t sell the ones for my vehicle so issued a returns label out , awaiting my refund .”

“From start to finish the process of buying from DriveDen was straightforward. Product arrived promptly and was exactly as described and fit for the price a great item, similar items from other companies were around £40 more. Recommended seller”

“Product good and arrived quickly. No significant probems. One issue with DriveDen parts checker is that stated the product would not be compatible with my vehicle. This was (obviously) incorrect as the product description lists compatible vehichles which included the make and year of my van. Whilst I proceeded despite this (and clearly it was sucessful) the purchase did give me some concern unil it arrived and I checked the box.”

“Delivery was prompt and well packaged. The roof bars are good quality and strong. The only negative thing is they whistle when your driving even at low speed.”
