Ordered windscreen wipers for my Levante. Everything was fine with the ordering process, delivery time, etc. However, when they arrived they didn't fit - the tool they use to identify the wipers you require based on your vehicle registration doesn't work.

Hi. Sorry to hear that. We get all of our fitment information directly from Bosch so should be correct. However, the customer is still prompted to check that you have the correct type of fitting as this can differ between vehicles of the same model. You are free to return these for refund. I paid extra for next day delivery for 30th December. The roof rack arrived on 2nd January.

Skoda yeti roof bars, good and solid once installed, but the instructions supplied l In the box were rubbish and the plastic clamp covers would only fit before you installed the bars so didn't work and couldn't be fitted, because you have to tighten up the clamps first. Also because of the above, it took me 2 hours to put it all together

Hi. Sorry to hear of your issues installing the bars. We can confirm that the covers can indeed be fitted once the bars are installed on your vehicle, they just need to be applied at the correct angle. Please note that we are available via email 7 days a week to offer any advice on fitting.

The bars are good quality but I had to take them to a garage to get them fitted properly at a cost of £60. This is because the picture-type instructions are rubbish and cover a number of different bars making them almost impossible to understand. I could have bought a simillar roof bar from a dealer and had them fitted for free!

Delivery etc was perfect but the product is poor for the price. The box fitting is ok but the lid and mechanism are very flimsy. The fittings for the roof bars are terrible and the assembly is worse. The design is ridiculous and terribly thought out. If this was a £100 pound unit I’d expect this quality but for £565 I expect more.

Missing parts! Delivery was speedy and website easy to use but QA clearly not carried out on orders as I had the keys, locks and the brackets to attach the bars to the footers all missing. Frustrating as had to go and buy another for my trip.

The store ask me to change my review for something different but what can I say if the product did arrive within the expected time, the quality of this product is very scratchy for being new, if you want a different review then I want a discount for the product that came with many scratches, after that I can say that the store cares about its customers.

Not very good still waiting for a front grill as it was chip and the paint was chipped as well I have phone and got on where I am thinking about returning the car if nothing happens soon

Although the rubber boot may for my Audi Q3 arrived promptly it was folded in three in a slim cardboard box. Once unfolded and put in the boot we have been unable to flatten it because the folding has caused it to sit-up along the fold lines. We have put heavy boxes along the fold lines but this has not made any difference. It therefore does not fit properly as it is not flat.

Delivery scheduled changed so i could be in to take it. Did not get delivered! Came out the next working day and had to leave work early to ensure I would be in! Floored system, if you reschedule surely you should prioritise....??

I was referred through TopCashback, however, Driveden have tried to wriggle out of paying the cashback. Not impressed.

Great quality product for the price delivered within 48 hours but sadly it does not fit a 2022 Discovery Sport boot contrary to the description as the ‘extended leaf’ part cannot lie flat due to the small side netted off area on the car which cannot be removed.

Sorry to hear this. We offer free returns if you are not happy with the fit. Not all models have this net part, I think it is only on some of the latest years. They can also be adapted by cutting a small slot to allow it to be fitted around the net brackets.

Not really very good meterial poor locks don't work and a really bad fit don't bye for a L200 very disappointed got some different ones but they were really bad to I think they say what ever they want rubish

Despite putting my car reg in and the website saying it was suitable for my car, the boot liner didn’t fit and now I have to pay the return postage. Wouldn’t order from here again.
