“Delivery time was good . Roof bars are poor standard and took a lot of awkward adjusting to get them to finally fit and even then there’s excessive movement. The video sent to help with the install was a generic one rather than the bars I purchased so was of little help. The written instructions were more specific but were wrong and it took a day of numerous adjustments by two people taking the bars on and off ti get them to fit . Cheap compared to others on the market , I’ll have to replace them as I have no confidence in them once ladders are attached . Waisted £100 if I’m honest .”

“To be honest I had no problem with buying the product!!! Just can’t seem to get it delivered,, 3 times DX deliveries have cancelled the roof bars,, and no reason given just redirected to the reebok page,,, to be honest I’ve emailed them and hope it gets resolved either that or I’ll ask to be refunded!!”

“I paid for faster delivery and it was a waste of money. When the roof rack arrived it was well packaged and exactly what i wanted but the slow delivery bugged me. Product excellent, delivery poor”

Sorry to see this delay with the delivery Mr Jackson. I can see that we shipped the order the same day, on a next day method, however the courier noted a delay in their network and were unable to delivery on the correct day. We have refunded your delivery cost, and hope that you would give us another try in the future.

“I bought a set of roof bars after approaching this company for advice. They were kind enough to give it. The roof bars were delivered, well packaged and about on time but the cardboard was absolutely sodden - completely wet through. On fitting the roof bars I noticed that the angles they attached to the car were quite skew wiff, so attaching say a bike carrier would be less than optimal as the curve of the roof meant that the bars were not level. I would have thought that, as dedicated roof bars for this car, that would have been thought of.”

Hi Susan. Looking at you pictures, there are no parts missing. There is no need to put anything between the bracket and the paintwork as the bracket is coated in rubberised paint to protect the vehicle. Doing so will void any safety guarantee. Please remove and reinstall. Hope this helps Kind regards.

“Express delivery should mean express delivery, if the courier that you use cannot offer this service then you sould use an alternative courier. To order pm on a Thursday and not recieve until pm on the Monday is not express.”

Hi. As advertised next day orders need to be placed before 14:00 on the day before. As your order was placed at 20:00 on a Thursday, it was dispatched on Friday and delivered on the next working day (Monday). I hope this clears things up. Kind regards.

“DriveDen were great. The problem was the goods were “dropped off” at the wrong address. When I enquired it was left to me to try to find the door it was delivered to. After searching all around my neighbourhood I found my parcel still outside and thoroughly soaked. The old lady living at the house knew nothing about the parcel and it had just been left there. Very poor service by the courier”

“Ordered windscreen wipers for my Levante. Everything was fine with the ordering process, delivery time, etc. However, when they arrived they didn't fit - the tool they use to identify the wipers you require based on your vehicle registration doesn't work.”

Hi. Sorry to hear that. We get all of our fitment information directly from Bosch so should be correct. However, the customer is still prompted to check that you have the correct type of fitting as this can differ between vehicles of the same model. You are free to return these for refund. “Skoda yeti roof bars, good and solid once installed, but the instructions supplied l In the box were rubbish and the plastic clamp covers would only fit before you installed the bars so didn't work and couldn't be fitted, because you have to tighten up the clamps first. Also because of the above, it took me 2 hours to put it all together”

“The bars are good quality but I had to take them to a garage to get them fitted properly at a cost of £60. This is because the picture-type instructions are rubbish and cover a number of different bars making them almost impossible to understand. I could have bought a simillar roof bar from a dealer and had them fitted for free!”

“Delivery etc was perfect but the product is poor for the price. The box fitting is ok but the lid and mechanism are very flimsy. The fittings for the roof bars are terrible and the assembly is worse. The design is ridiculous and terribly thought out. If this was a £100 pound unit I’d expect this quality but for £565 I expect more.”
