“Just brought some roof bars for my caddy . I’ve put them on my van but the design is rather stupid having to pull the metal clips around the metal bar , the clips are very sharp and I cut my thumb several times trying to put them on. Says max of 100kg but they don’t seem that strong il see how they hold up but next time I will stick to the best in the market which is van guard .”

“impressed with quality of material used, impressed with speed of delivery & packaing & price, but unfortunately the boot liner was just slightly oversized for my 1 series bmw! annoyingly just by a cm or so, but it makes a slight lump/bulge appear in the middle of the mat! too much hassle to return, so decided to live with it. Frustrating, as these are specifically cut for specified model.”

“Car mat delivered promptly but was not an exact fit for my Audi A3 - had to cut the back corners if the mat at an angle to make it fit - even thought the product was stated as a fit for my 2013 car.”

“I have given 3 stars as I have returned the item ordered for an exchange. I have had no acknowledgement of my returns form. Communication has been good through emails only but a phone number would be useful. I did find the website confusing when looking for parts as it is not overly clear when searching for part numbers. Hence needing to exchange this purchase.”

“My experience wth Driveden was fine comunication was good and the delivery was on time so no problems at all the main problem was the instructions that come with the bike rack they are very poor and unhelpful you have to guesshhow to assemble the rack and guess where components go There were 2 nuts missing in the pack which is worring. when finished the rack looks good but very frustarating putting it together .thts if i have done it right ..disapointing”

“Items ordered did not fit my vehicle even thought I entered my reg. One wind deflector snapped when I was attempting to fit it. They were not shap s correctly for my 2019 ford focus. I’m sure if they had fitted my experience would have been better but I’ve wasted £40 on ill fitting Climair Wind Deflectors and now have damaged window trim.”

“The part I required was the actual lever, but had to purchase a complete kit that was of no use to me as differ t set up from my rack. But my rack is back up and working.”

“As often happens the so called instructions are a challenge, with such poor information my son and I through them away and used “common sense” All in all a bit of a challenge, thank goodness I’m not buying these again.”

“Very fast delivery, however I was advised that the Farad feet would not fit my Thule roof bars - in fact they do fit the Thule bars, and I am using the Thule bars as they are longer and better suited to my needs.”

“I purchased the Farad Pro Aero Silver Aluminium roof bars for my Ford Ecosport (2015 model) on the recommendation by your staff that they were suitable for my car. On fitting them, the holes on the plate that attaches them to my roof rails didn't align up to the screw holes and plastic pegs on my vehicle. So therefore wasn't totally suitable for my car but I managed to secure them anyway. I was going to return them, but had thrown the packaging away and I couldn't be bothered to complain. So even though I have managed to fit the roof bars , I am very disappointed and not a very satisfied customer, and would definitely think twice before ordering anything else for DriveDen. Sorry.”

“Order and delivery was fine but the roof bars themselves i think are of variable quality. Barrel locks were very stiff and two initially wouldnt need to turn even awat from the bars. Some lubricant freed it up but locking the bars was almost impossible to engage the barrel with the locking mechanism. This part on its own i spent an hour on. Took so much force trying to lock the last it bent the key. Im now loathed to remove them if i need to go through the same hassle.”
