Bought this product for my Ford Fiesta, I really struggled to get them to fit on the headrests and they keep coming off the main drivers seat. I can't see them lasting that long and will probably have to buy something else. I wouldn't recommend this product to a friend and certainly wouldn't buy them again. Wipe clean material seems to be okay but only had them over a week and not impressed so far.

Hi, Sorry to hear this - although please note this is meant to be a merchant review, rather than a product review. Also, please note that universal seat covers are only suitable for vehicles with removable headrests and they should also come with clips to keep the covers secure and in place. If not happy with the item and it's still in as new condition, we offer a simple returns system so the product can be returned for a refund. The wing mirror I ordered had a badly fitting plastic surround and the mirror glass was distorted. To return it would not have been cost or time effective. If I had packed this item I'd like to think I would notice these defects.

We operate a very simple returns system and can provide freepost returns labels, so the return would certainly be worth it. The car mats arrived in good time and the quality is ok. However the drivers one is a poor fit and dosen't align to the foot well properly, the passenger one is fine.

I am afraid the wheel trims ordered and receive by me for my Toyota Prius are not suitable for the vehicle. I emailed your sales dept. on the 9th of may and this morning and have not had any reply from you. Please let me know what do you intend doing.

The delivery time was very good but the actual item is very poor, the convex shape of the mirror is totally wrong it only gives a view of the road directly along side of the van and no rearward vision at all, so the blind spot (which this mirror is supposed to eliminate) is still there. This mirror was not the cheapest by a long way so I am very disappointed.

the item is of very poor quality, it was cheap but still wiper glades are not doing they job from day one, i can understand they would not last long but they made it unsafe for me to even drive!! even a very used ones were never this bad!

Although product was as described, the order and delivery was a nightmare. Poor communication on delivery date. Even Amazon are better! Then I had an absolute nightmare with the delivery company. Ended up with my partner getting his birthday present late and me stressed and deeply unhappy

Hi, Sorry to hear this. We do display dispatch and delivery information very clearly and would encourage all buyers to check these before proceeding with a purchase. For instance, the Thule roof bars we sell do have a dispatch time of 3-4 working days and then take 1-2 working days for delivery. On this occasion, there was an extra day for dispatch and we apologise for this if it caused any inconvenience. We have checked the tracking information for this order and there was an attempted delivery the next working day after dispatch but this was unsuccessful - meaning the items were then delivered 2 days after dispatch. This is still within the estimate but any delays with Parcel Force are unfortunately beyond our control. Kind regards,

We go by our supplier's notes as to which wipers will fit individual models. You sent the wrong part, order 394023, L/H fog lamp when R/H ordered, to be fair the box label was confusing as it indicated R> (does this mean R/H?). I have followed returns procedure and waiting correct part. I emailed photo of broken lamp next to one you sent so hope I get correct one next time. Bought through e-bay and I would only give bad feedback if you sent wrong part twice. Sent correct part and I would rate you as good.

Hi I tried to buy a light cluster from you and after 5 attempts your stupid and poorly though/designed out web site wouldn't allow me to buy it. Not only did I have the correct pass word but had it written down so I knew it was correct. The web site kept taking me back to the parts list?? once I had input my credit card details After repeated e mails as you were unable to take a phone call, (very strange) finally I was able to buy the product using another name and e mail address, and every thing went smoothly, if some what clumsily The part arrived in good time and is perfect, my congrats to you all for the service once PAST the stupid web site. The delivery time on this item was very disappointing. Especially considering its size. Larger items from other companies (ordered on or before the order date for this item were delivered 2 or 3 days earlier) In the end I went to Halfords and got one there rather than carry on waiting. :(

Hi David, Sorry to hear you weren't happy with the delivery time for this item. As your order came in after 18:00 on 28th April, the item was added to our order with our suppliers on the 29th and then shipped to you on 1st May. Our advert does state the item will be dispatched within 48 hours but unfortunately out of hours orders will be slightly delayed as they go onto the next day's order. Once dispatched, delivery is 2-3 working days. This is clearly stated at the checkout stage and so the estimated delivery for this item (due to the bank holiday Monday!) will have been between 6th-7th May. We do encourage all buyers to read and fully understand the dispatch and delivery details but we apologise if you weren't happy with the service we provided. Kind regards,

I bought a set of wipers for a Peugeot 308 they took a week to arrive and after fitting to the car and driving in the rain I guess its true what they say 'you get what you pay for. Passenger side wiper drags at one end and is very noisy and the driver side wiper only works fully on the down stroke and half misses on the up. CHEAP RUBBISH!

The Item arrived on time, however the product sent down to me was the wrong size as this one was smaller. Its a mistake from your part as I already checked before buying, as the advertised item actually fitted the make and year of my car! But to my surprise the fog light sent to me was smaller!!!

Purchased a Mondeo headlight as an OEM part and it was manufactured in Taiwan. The connecters didn't fit and have now noticed the headlight leaks

However, that being said the item should still match OEM standards so we are sorry to hear of any issues. I purchased a front windscreen wiper for my Citroen C1 as your website stated that it would fit - but when I removed the existing wiper the new one had a completely different fitting and so I had to remove the blade and retro fit it to the old wiper assembly.

I paid £5 for postage and packaging when it was supposed to be free. When the seat covers arrived they had no fixing clips in the box so how you supposed to fit them? I thought for £30 the overall quality would have been better they just feel and look like cheap covers.

Hi Terry, Our free postage offer is only available with standard Royal Mail post - you had chosen our Parcel Force delivery method so this is an extra charge I'm afraid. We would encourage buyers to check the details of any offers and the website does clearly state the postage is free for standard delivery only. Also, the covers will usually have the clips included in one of the headrest covers, to keep them safe during transit - this is sometimes missed unfortunately so please do check this. If there's no sign of them, please let us know and we can send out some replacements. We can resolve any issues, so we would hope that a buyer contacts us before leaving feedback or reviews. The part I ordered took a wee while to arrive which I could forgive but when it arrived it was the wrong part and no amount of little plastic adapters or fittings (included in the box), could make the part of any use to anyone. I popped along to the local garage, just incase I was being particularly stupid but all the Kings men couldn't put this Humpty together again. I told them they could keep it as it might come in handy one day, judging the expression on the mechanics face, I think it will be propping up all the other garage garbage in they're skip. Maybe they just don't care or maybe they just send any old crap through the post ? I'll let you decide.
