Arrived on time, found the elastic ties just snapped off covers, so pointless as they can't anchor to anything without ties.. Would doubt these where made in Germany like it said.. Waste of money as argoes ones would been same only cheaper..

Delivery was quick but item was faulty. Zip came off and can't be re-attached and one of the straps was made incorrectly so cannot use it for what is meant for!

I thought I was saving money buying this item, but when it arrived i soon realised that the part was cheap and plastic. I wasn't prepared to put this onto my vehicle and ended up ringing my local ford parts dept and went and bought the proper item from them.

Hi Paul, Sorry to hear you were not happy with the Trupart wipers that you ordered. We are disappointed to hear you didn't try to fit the wipers onto the vehicle as we feel you cannot accurately assess the quality of items without doing so. Trupart wipers have been found to be a quality item by our customers and have won awards for being a great quality, cheaper wiper blade. Wrong wing mirror was sent, so had to cut the cables to be able to fit it. Only did this as I did not want to drive around without a n/s wing mirror. I expect I will probably have to buy another one, as I don't think this one will last too long now it has been doctored. Will go in somewhere in person next time, so I don't end up with the wrong item being sent to me again.

Hi Joanne, Sorry to hear of this but we have to admit, this is the first we have heard of this complaint. We have not received any correspondence from yourself regarding this issue via email. All the information regarding the mirror units is displayed within the advert (i.e. Ford Transit Connect 2002-2009, cable operated, non-heated etc) Therefore, we would always encourage the buyer to read through all the details within the description before proceeding with the order. If your vehicle does not match this description, then the incorrect part was purchased. If, however, the incorrect mirror was sent and did not match the order we would have offered our returns service and would of course replace the item as per your order. I was actually rather disappointed with the Haynes manual for my Meriva. All my other Haynes manuals have glossy hardback covers and decent white paper for the pages. This manual, which I see is printed in the USA, has a paperback cover which is just that, very thin card and the pages are the sort of paper we used to cut into squares to hang up in the loo when I was a kid. The minute I get it anywhere near my car I feel it may disintegrate if it gets any oil, etc., on it. All in all a very disappointing purchase which should perhaps have a paperback's price. I should point out that I don't have any problem with NP Autoparts' service, The manual arrived a couple of days after I ordered it, and you can only sell what you stock, I suppose so thank you for getting it to me so promptly.

Hi Maurice, Sorry to hear you were not happy with the item - Haynes are in the process of changing many of the manuals over to paperback editions and we are trying to keep track and update adverts where necessary. However, we do sell the manuals at a much lower price than you would find in most stores, as the one you purchased was £11.99, with an RRP of £21.99. Therefore, we do feel the price is very reasonable. Many thanks for your kind words regarding our service - we will look to pass any comments on to Haynes regarding the paperback editions. Bought in the UK, therefore certainly for a UK car, and in this case for an MOT. But it dips the European way , ie the wrong way for the UK!

There were no instructions with the covers and the rear covers did not fit. I have a brand new Nissan Note hatchback 1.2 DiG and I guess the shape has been altered inside and out. I was pleased with the very speedy postage (1 day) and the front seat covers but still had to make a hole in them for the head rest to be replaced. The back seat covers did not fit in the middle of the seat or under the back of the seat and the back of the rear seats with three head rests and a very large arm rest was way off so I abandoned that as an impossibility to fit. With some instructions the seats where fitting would have been possible could be made easier particularly the back seats where now just the seat cover rests uneasily with a baby seat to prevent the cover sliding on to the floor (the back rest cover is in the garage). Those of you who are looking to fit an earlier model on the Nissan Note might be lucky but if you have the latest model forget it.

Hi, sorry to hear you were not completely happy with this set of seat covers. They are a universal set so are designed to fit a wide range of vehicles, so they do require the buyer to make small incisions to let through any fittings (seatbelts etc). The covers do not come with instructions as it does depend on the specific vehicle you are fitting to, however we can provide a useful Youtube video for fitting similar products so we will look into adding this to future adverts. Service good until the part they sent states fits 1999 be caddy and it doesn't have go and but new connector block as new light fitting completely different to the 1 that's on the van . OOPPSS !

Hi Lee, Sorry to hear the item does not fit - the description in our advert states that this light fits years 2000-2004, although the eBay compatibility chart may show models from 1999 which is incorrect. Ordered on 6/12/14 and still not received on 17/12/14 Possibly a little harsh to give a poor rating as it seems Parcelforce are on their 7th attempt at finding my house. No other couriers have struggled this much so maybe try using another company?!?

Hi Oliver, Our eBay postage information shows that orders that are shipped by Parcel Force are expected to arrive within 2-3 working days so this should have arrived with you by Tuesday 25th November. The tracking information shows that it arrived on the afternoon of 26th November, so it was only 1 day later than estimated. However, we apologise for any delay. Kind regards, Rob

I am happy with deliver just not happy with the mirror has it was the wrong one sent and I had to get it modified so I could get though mot then was told I could not do anything about it

the estimated delivery was thursday/friday and i didnt recieve the seat covers until monday, once opened and fitted to the car i noticed there was a few stains on the covers which im not too happy about. it looked like blood to be honest.

As discussed previously, the item was dispatched and delivered within the estimated delivery time (4-5 working days for lighting units) - we would always recommend reading and fully understanding the advert and the delivery times before proceeding with a purchase. We are always happy to confirm these details if a customer is unsure. Also, Royal Mail was chosen for this order but we do offer a Parcel Force service if you wish to receive the item more quickly. The wing mirror glass ordered for the Octavia II were an inferior product to what was described and pictured in the advert. As a consequence they have accepted that they can be returned for investigation by the supplier. However substandard parts were not described in the advert!

Bought a radio patch lead kit for over £33.00 only to find that i needed another patch lead which was not included in the kit.......listing stated that a patch lead was required, so why don't you include it.....waste of time taking the radio in and out and trying to find the right lead. Would not use NP Autoparts again

Hi, The reason a patch lead is not included is because the specific lead required will vary depending on the make and model of your aftermarket head unit. Therefore, we cannot include the specific patch lead required with every order and this needs to be done separately. The rack did not fit very well on one part you had to put a screw through the paint work so l had to modify it and put rubber buffers on the clamps

Hi, Sorry to hear that the bars did not fit as you would have expected. This set should have a rubber material on the clamps so should not have needed to be modified - can you confirm to us that the rubber was on the bottom of the clamps? Part didn't seem to fit. Compared to old part and not quite the same. Had to cut away parts to get it to fit.

If this matches your vehicle but the part was not correct, we would always be happy to accept a return and can issue a full refund once it is returned.
