“Absolutely terrible. I would like my money back. Your website stated it would be 24hr deliver if ordered by 17.00. I moved my entire life out to Switzerland on Monday and needed the roof bars for the move. I ordered the roof bars on Thursday at 17.00ish and paid the extra for 24hr delivery. You then emailed on SATURDAY to say the bars had been posted. The bars should’ve been posted at the absolute latest on Friday. My move on Monday was horrific and super stressful due to this. Safe to say I will never be using your company again. I do not know if the bars have even arrived as I have left the country. Please let me know what you plan to do so rectify the situation? Regards Mike”

I am sorry to see your two negative reviews left today. I can see that you thought that our shipping cut off was 5pm, however this has never been the case, and it is always 2pm, as shown on our delivery page and the checkout. Your ordered was therefore posted on the Friday as it would have shown when you ordered, and delivery would be for the Monday. As a small family business these reviews really harm us, and in this case we did what we advertised and posted in the correct timeframe. “Second time shopper with driveden. Needed to new fitting pack for roof bars as changed car. Contacted to ask which one was needed, quick response, was told the one I needed was out of stock bit would be in stock in a few weeks. Their system sent me an alert when stock was available, ordered straight away. Delivery was quick and great service. Really well laid out site, good company to deal with. Impressed.”
