“Buying a wiper blade from DriveDen was easy and trouble-free, and delivery was on time. The hardest part of the job was working out how to open the outer cardboard package that the blade was delivered in! Very thorough protective packing was of course necessary for a long, slim item. Opening the package was a lot easier than removing the old blade from the wiper arm!”

“I couldn't have asked for better service; originally out of stock, I was informed when the product was back available and then as I was on holiday, they held it for me to despatch when it suited me. I was pleasantly surprised at the excellent quality of the fittings and even I could understand the instructions. Husband and I fitted it in an afternoon without any swearing, fighting or requests for divorce. It fits perfectly without any rattle or irritating noises when travelling - and I can leave the parcel shelf in”

Hi Peter, We did respond to your email - our response was sent on the 6th May at 15:35. To confirm, the listing specifically states that the rear headrests must be removeable for this dog guard to fit - the note is in a red box on the listing, and then is repeated in the full description. Therefore, we do make this very clear for the buyer to check their vehicle prior to purchase - and if the headrests cannot be removed, we offer an adaptor kit that is available to purchase separately. Therefore we do believe that this negative review is very harsh, considering we did respond to the email, and our listing is very clear with the requirements for the item. Within our email on the 6th May we provided a link to the adaptor kit, or we offered a return and refund if this is preferred. Kind regards, DriveDen
