“On receipt of the roof bars opened a well-packaged box to find both bars severely dented. Immediately contacted Driveden support online to report issue plus sent photos(whilst expecting little response). Within the hour they responded and said a replacement pair would be sent immediately. (Sounds too good to be true). To their credit their courier delivered a perfect replacement pair within 24hrs of the original reported issue. Great customer service. Could not have been dealt with better or more efficiently. Well done Driveden.”
