“Very happy with the roof box, although not driven anywhere with it yet. Quality is good, especially for the price. Was not happy with the delivery experience as DriveDen use DX, well known within the industry for providing very poor service. The delivery did not come as per DX's text (Only came after a call from myself) using the excuse they were busy and when the delivery did come, the box was soaking wet and falling apart. It had obviously been left out in the rain, but luckily the roof box was wrapped in plastic.”

“Whereas the articles are excellent, as to be expected from Thule products, the DHL delivery was atrocious. I was not going to be in when delivered so selected the "Leave with a neighbour" option. Unfortunately DHL totally ignored this and left it at the front of my house, open to the elements and all untrustworthy foot traffic! By good fortune, our neighbours/friends from across the road noticed the large, expensive (£300) package and called me. When I said that I was out all day they very kindly picked it up from the door step and kept it safe until my return! The low star score is not meant as a reflection on DriveDen's service but on the disappointing delivery service/couriers.”
