The part arrived in good time and was good quality however the existing resting fixings did not fit the threads on the new part so I had to source some myself.

re kia roof rails, had difficulty fitting rails as the plastic fixings that hold the nuts would not sit in the saddles, so the bolts did not reach the nuts .

prompt delivery. Product working reasonably well but a little flimsy in structure. Central pump part came apart quite easily and needs to be re-assembled each time its used.

Hi there, Many thanks for your feedback - we're glad to hear this arrived safely and quickly and you were happy with the item. In terms of postage, we charge a standard price of £2.99 for Royal Mail delivery, which should be 2-3 working days. This is a very standard price, and is basically what we pay Royal Mail for this service ourselves for each parcel...so we are not making anything on the postage cost at all. We do not believe this is a high price for postage...and of course, the customer would see the price displayed before they commit to a purchase, so if they are not happy to pay this, they do not have to. A quick response earned a satisfied feedback, but when it came to use the pressure washer, I found that the lance was blocked by plastic swarf and needed drilling out. Also the delivery hose was kinked at the exit from the pressure vessel, which severely reduced the flow. I hope that the modifications I did on the delivery hose will do the trick. I cannot blame the supplier as the kit came fully packed from the manufacturer, and it was very inexpensive, so I do not mind having to work on it to get acceptable performance, but this may inhibit a non technical buyer from purchasing this item.

Hi there, We were sorry to hear of the issue with this item. If an item does have any faults or damage when it arrives, we can offer a free return for either a refund or exchange - and we would have offered this but were informed that some modifications were already made. We would of course not be able to accept a return if the item has been modified/drilled etc, as any return has to be when the item is in the condition it arrived in. So, we would encourage any buyer to let us know of an issue first, before modifiying or trying to fix the item themselves...it's something we can resolve via a return/exchange, or a return for a refund, as the item should of course have no faults or damage when it arrives. Excellent product, just a shame that their delivery estimates weren't as good. Please err on the side of caution, customers would rather receive the item early, than have to start chasing up a late order.

Unfortunately there was a slight delay with this order...it was dispatched 1 day later than expected, so will have likely arrived 1 day later than the original estimate. Because of this and as discussed with the buyer, we refunded the postage costs they had paid as a gesture of goodwill...so we do believe we responded to this issue in a timely and efficient manner but we do apologise for this delay and any inconvenience caused. To confirm, delays like this are extremely rare and as per the huge majority of our reviews, buyers usually receive items ahead of the original estimate! NP Autoparts/DriveDen

We do apologise for the issue but can confirm your order has now been fully refunded, so the issue was resolved. To clarify, this buyer received the wrong item. We offered a free replacement of the correct item and had arranged for this to be sent out on an express delivery. The buyer preferred a refund, so we arranged a return and this has now been processed and resolved.

This will allow us to investigate any issue and hopefully resolve it for the buyer. If you can provide any further information to us, it may be very useful. Ideally, we'd need the registration plate and some photos of the liner in place, so we can see the issue exactly. (This information can be sent to hello@driveden.com). Sometimes with boot liners, they can be affected by certain features, such as the type of spare wheel fitted (space saver, full or no spare wheel), or different boot heights. The car seat protector as with any universal fit item, didn't fit as well as I'd hoped but was pleased that it had open sides to allow for side airbags to inflate. It was not quite wide enough to cover all of front face of seat, or long enough to reach the base at the front on my skoda.

Hi there, This will be standard procedure. Unfortunately with any online purchase, there is a small risk of a postal delay or failure. When this happens, we offer either a refund or replacement but can only do so after 14 days have passed from the dispatch date. This is a rule set by Royal Mail. Therefore, if your item was lost in the post then we would offer either a refund or replacement after 14 days, so it sounds like this is what happened for your order. I've had the seat covers for a month now and already the stitching is coming undone, apart from that they are a good fit, but the airbag slot in the side gapes and makes the seatback look untidy

This would give us the chance to help resolve the issue! We do operate a 30-day return period so not happy during this period, an item can be returned to us for a refund. Outside of this period, the item will be covered by a warranty (usually a standard one-year period) so there is a still an opportunity to return and receive an exchange. Hi David, Sorry to hear this - the wheel trims we stock are universal and recommended for a wide range of vehicles...however, we do include a guide on each listing to show the buyer how to select the correct size for their vehicle. HELP FROM YOUR COMPANY TO MAKE FITTING OF ROOF BARS A SUCCESS WAS APPRECIATED, SHAME THAT YOUR COMPANY IS AWARE OF FITTING INSTRUCTIONS INCLUDED IN KIT ARE POOR. THE APPEARENCE OF ROOF BARS WHEN FITTED TO VEHICLE IS UNATTRACTIVE EVEN THOUGH WE ARE ONLY TALKING OF ROOF BARS. HAD TIME BEEN AVAILABLE I WOULD HAVE PREFERRED TO RETURN ITEM FOR REFUND, ESPECIALLY AS AFTERWARDS FOUND A SET OF ROOF BARS FOR TWENTY POUNDS LESS(DIFFERENT MAKE).

Hi Peter, Many thanks for your review. We are aware that Farad's instructions are not the clearest (when compared to the market leader, Thule) but once understood, the bars should be quite simple to fit and remove whenever you need. We are looking into producing fitting videos so future customers can see how the bars are fitted first hand. We cannot comment on another seller listing bars for less money, especially if they are from an alternative brand, as there could be a wide variety of reasons why the alternatives are cheaper. However, we do believe our roof bars are competitively priced and we offer a range, from anywhere between £50-£300 depending on a customer's preference, needs or budget. Kind regards,

Received order within a week of ordering. Item quality as described. My order for BMW x3 mats ( 5 mm rubber) . Front mats are made to measure as per the company. But the boot mat comes as pre-made- label says made in Russia. Boot mat quality not as heavy as the front mats. Overall satisfied. Will use this company again if can't get same in store.

However, we do have to point out that the mats and boot liners are from two different suppliers/manufacturers...the mats are advertised as made-to-order products, because this is the case. The boot liner however, is not a made-to-order product and is not advertised as such. They are imported from a supplier in Russia but have been made to the correct templates for each specific vehicle. A 3-star review counts as negative on our system...so if a customer is satisfied with the order and has received exactly as ordered, we do feel this is a little bit low and we'd expect a full explanation as to why we received a negative review. Hi Michael, Many thanks for your review. Can we just advise regarding the delivery time that you did order on Friday 25th March...this was a Bank Holiday, as was Monday 28th. Therefore, your order was not actually received and signed off until Tuesday 29th as this was the next working day. We do have a note on the listing that states the item will usually be dispatched within 2 working days, as this coves the period it takes to order from our supplier...so it was then dispatched on Thursday 31st March, which is within 2 working days of the order being actually received on a working day. We do understand this felt like a long time...but please do consider this information, as Bank Holidays and weekends are not working days...and the dispatch time also needs to be taken into account by the customer.
