Product OK for the money but as all cars I have ever owned have had their surfaces treated with some "cockpit type cleaner", the Velcro system just doe not stick. So cannot use the sides of the liner. You need to invent a different method of fixing the sides to the car.

Hi there, Many thanks for your review - although it is a shame we have not received any communication directly about this, as we have not had a chance to respond before negative feedback was provided. (Unfortunately on Reviews.co.uk, 3 out of 5 stars does count as negative!). We can confirm though, that we do not make the product you have purchased (universal-fit boot liner). We are just the retailer and therefore, it will not be up to ourselves to invent a new method for fixing the item to the car's interior. Unfortunately, we do not have any control over the way the product is designed. On the whole, we receive very good reviews for this product, especially given it's very low price compared to other boot liners on the market and available from ourselves directly. However, if you are not happy with the item, you are entitled to a return and refund...so you can request this if you wish via eBay (the original platform for the order). Well, so far I have ordered one item and it didn't work. I have ordered another of the same kind and will be very cross if this second one doesn't work. If it does I will upgrade this review. As for the faulty one, I am unhappy with the returns procedure which is taking too long to set up.

Hi there, Sorry to hear this - however, we have had no direct communication about the issue, which is very disappointing. We would hope if the buyer has a problem, they contact us to discuss asap. We are easily contactable via eBay message or email. However, the only way we knew of an issue was when a return request was sent through via eBay - we responded to that request and asked for more details straight away, and have sent 2 messages since within the eBay system, but heard nothing back at all. The only reason the return is taking longer than normal, is because so far, the buyer has not responded to our messages! To also note, car mirror units come in a many varieties...and the buyer needs to make sure they order the exact one for their vehicle's specifications. As yet, we have not had any communication to discuss this with the buyer...so at this time we do not know the full reason for the item not working. But hopefully we will receive a response soon! the seat covers were expensive for what they are and, not a perfect fit, but at least it will keep the seats clean.

Hi there, Many thanks for the review - unfortunately universal-fit seat covers are very unlikely to ever be a perfect fit! That's just the nature of a universal product...they are designed to give a good fit to a huge range of vehicles, and if the buyer does want an absolutely perfect fit, they will need to source a product that is specifically designed for their vehicle only. We do find Walser's range of covers to be amongst the best on sale we can find, so it's a shame to hear you felt they were expensive for what they are...but we're glad to hear they will keep the seats clean, which is their primary function. Reasonable price and quality and product delivered promptly. I'm only making this review because you asked. The fitting instructions are very small to read and NOT VERY GOOD. For something that needs to be fitted correctly and could be dangerous if badly fitted, I think you are somewhat failing.

Hi there, Thank you for the constructive feedback - sorry to hear you found the instructions to not be very good. We will pass this information on to our supplier (who make the product and therefore supply the instructions) and ask if this could be improved in any way, to make things clearer. However, we would add that at no point did we receive any communication directly to say there was any issue, so this is a little disappointing. We are here to help...but if the buyer does not report any issues to us, or ask for help from us, we cannot know there is anything wrong...and it's a shame to only find out about this when we receive a negative review. 2010 Volvo XC70 auto Black with beige interior Not totally happy at all. Could not track item through parcel force at all. Carpets delivered: 1/ no heel pad for very short drivers mat 2/ colour match absolutely dreadful 3/ securing anchorage points not a good fit, strong stretch. 4/ general fit atrocious. Have I been sent correct carpets? Great try, another internet disappointment. Regards, fed up, disgruntled customer.

Hi there, Sorry to hear this - of course if there is any issue at all, we would hope a buyer contacts us asap to discuss. Unfortunately the first we heard of any problem was via this review - which did not allow us to try and help resolve the issue before feedback was provided. Firstly, the set is advertised as not including a heel pad, due to the thickness of the carpet - the buyer should be aware of this so that particular point is not valid in terms of a negative review. With regards to the 2nd point regarding a colour match - our supplier provides a single colour for their 'Premier Beige' mats - it is not guaranteed to be exact to any specific vehicle. If unsure about whether or not the colour will be ok, a buyer can contact us and request a carpet sample before committing to a purchase - unfortunately we did not receive such a request before the order came through. The other points regarding a poor fit are something that does concern us though - as all templates by our supplier are made from either the original mats or via a laser scan of an example vehicle - so they should be correct in all respects. We did reach out to try and get some photos of the issue...but unfortunately we receive a blunt response that made it clear our help was not welcome. So, unfortunately there is little we can do to help further with this issue - but we would of course hope any other buyers that have similar issues will contact us directly and accept our attempts to help out - in most cases, we can easily resolve any issues and our supplier will be happy to provide free replacement mats if that is the best solution. The car mats I ordered didn't fit exactly. The holes didn't align 100% to the floor clips in the car. One of them was drilled in the wrong place and was out slightly - maybe by 5mm. I had to manoeuvre them about a bit to fit. Just about acceptable.

Hi there, Sorry to hear this - although, this is the first we have been informed of any issue at all and it is always a shame to not receive any direct communication regarding any problem. If there is any issue at all with any item, we would hope a buyer contacts us directly to discuss - we can then investigate and work out why the item may not be quite right...very often with tailored floor mats, we can ask our supplier to provide a solution as they may have alternative templates or can get a custom set organised. The item arrived on time but the clips on the cover didn't match any of mine on the mirror so I had to cut them off, apart from that it fitted with super glue.

Hi there, Sorry to hear this - obviously you should not need to adapt anything at all, and we would have advised contacting us to discuss if the item did not fit exactly. Cutting or adapting anything on an item does mean that any warranty or right to return is void...and it could have been that the wrong item was purchased, or perhaps the wrong one sent out. So, we would always like the chance to investigate an issue and hopefully provide a suitable solution for the buyer before they make any changes to the product...which could also mean that down the line the item is not as secure as it should be. But, if you found a solution then we're glad to hear this...it's just a shame we were not given the chance to resolve it for you, as this is the first we have heard of any issue at all. I was a bit disappointed because the boot liner picture on your website had Ibiza (my car model) on the liner. The one I received only had the makers name on it. Thinking I was going to have the model name on it was one of the reasons I bought from you and not some other company. I also had hassle from Parcelforce with my delivery. I paid to have it delivered within 48 hours knowing I was going to be in and the delivery driver didn't even wait for me to get to my front door before a card was put through the letterbox saying he'd missed me! By the time I opened the door he'd gone. He delivered the next day saying he hadn't got time to wait! So I was, as I said before, a bit disappointed with the item and the delivery. Maybe you should consider a delivery company that doesn't think we are all Usain Bolts when answering our doors!!

Hi there, Sorry to hear this - to confirm, the 1st image we have on the listing does not show the word 'Ibiza' on the product, because it will not include the vehicle name/model. However, we can see that the 2nd image (which is provided to us by our supplier) does have the name on there...so, we will get this amended/removed from the gallery to prevent any further confusion. The fit will still be the same though so we trust that all is ok with the boot liner itself...and of course once items are put on top, the name would not show! We do also apologise for any issues with Parcel Force...although we unfortunately not have any direct control over how quick the driver may be when leaving a note at the door. We will make sure the details are passed onto our contact though and ask them to inform the depot closest to you of this error. On the whole though, we find Parcel Force's deliveries to be reliable and successful and much more so than previous couriers we have used. Kind regards, DriveDen | NP Autoparts

Hi there, Sorry to hear this - but if any part of an item arrives with damage, we would encourage the buyer to contact us asap, rather than attempting any fix themselves. We can then provide a replacement part or arrange a full return/refund if preferred. Unfortunately we cannot find any communication regarding this issue, before this review was posted. So that is a shame - as we would always welcome the opportunity to resolve an issue for the buyer before they leave feedback. They may find that the issue is resolved easily and the experience can still be positive overall, rather than the negative review left here. So we do apologise for the issue...but we would have encouraged you to contact us directly if any part was damaged. By repairing the item, it may void a warranty further down the line and it also means we are not fully informed of the issue, which is a shame. 2 items ordered, 1 fitted in seconds, the other didn't fit. Had to take the car to an alpha Romeo specialist who had to pare off some of the plastic to make the wiper fit. Quite disappointed

So, it doesn't look like your message made it through to us unfortunately. We do aim to reply to any emails within 24 hours...but most of the time during the week it will be much quicker than that, quite often within a matter of minutes. Good product range and quick dispatch, but the wiper blades I ordered simply did not fit the car they were supposed to. This was not my mistake in ordering, but misinformation which DriveDen says originates from the manufacturer's compatibility lists and is therefore repeated on the website. Product returned with little fuss; awaiting refund. Excellent, detailed and meaningful customer service response, but ultimately for me this has been an exercise in futility.

Hi there, We do apologise for this issue and any inconvenience. Obviously with any product we sell that is listed as specific to a vehicle, we do have to go by our supplier's guide, which should be correct and up to date. However, we have reported this issue to our supplier and asked them to investigate, in case there has been a change to the guide that we are not aware of. As mentioned, we have offered a pre-paid return for a full refund, so we'll get this sorted for you asap. It's unfortunately always a risk of online buying and selling...sometimes things do not work out and so we offer a returns system in case. This gives the buyer the chance to return the item, and if we cannot offer an alternative for them, we can issue a refund and we hope they may be able to find a solution elsewhere.
