Delivery and packaging was great . However the covers just about fitted where they touched . Although they were supposed to be compatible with my car , they really were not .

I had ordered floor mats specifically for a 2017 BMW X1 but those supplied were universal and required trimming to fit

The boot liner should not require any trimming and should be a perfect fit for a BMW X1 2017 4WD model. Hi. Thanks for the prompt response. However, I ordered a R/H light and the one one delivered had L/H mounded on to the body. Fitted it anyway because I did not want the hassle of returns etc. it works just fine but I imagining that it could give more light to the right. Any comment? Update:- I have had no contact from the suppliers, so no change to rating!

The fog light you ordered is actually the same for both the left and right hand side of the vehicle so the part number would be exactly the same. Was expecting a somewhat better overall quality and appearance. Drivers side didn’t fit around the footrest very well with the edging needing to be bent upwards, despite ordering make/mod l specific. Will use for winter over mats and spend a bit more on a better set next yr.

The rear mate do not fit very well, although they will still protect my car they could definitely fit better.

delivery was exceptionally quick after ordering (24hrs) have not fitted yet but think that there could be some narrative instructions with the kit rather than just small drawings and copious arrows - a little more clarity would be a great help. Will write when I have fitted bars this weekend!

All ok except ordered and payed for on 10/07 but not despatched until 18/07

Hi, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. However, this information is not correct. The order we have for you is for a set of roof bars. We received the order and payment on 15/07/2018 and we then dispatched the next day: 16/07/2018. Side windows easily fitted quite a good fit,the tailgate on the other hand was a poor fit and very very difficult to fit.

part is a copy . stippled finish . looks ok but glass vibrates with car. Had fitted whilste on hols; so am not paying again for another.

Hi there, Copy is the incorrect term - what you have purchased is an aftermarket item. It is not advertised as an original manufacturer part, and so that should not be expected! What we sell are aftermarket products, made by one of the world's leading manufacturers of this type of item; DEPO. They are often lower priced than original manufacturer parts, which is what attracts buyers, but made to the same standards. In fact and in many cases, DEPO do make the original parts too! Sorry to hear that there is an issue with the glass vibrating...that is obviously not what should happen - but we are confused why you think you'd have to pay for another? You could have contacted us and reported the issue, in which case we could arrange either a return or refund. Unfortunately, we've had no communication before receiving this negative review, so that is disappointing. You can still do this up to 30 days from the date you receive the item though, as per our return policy - please contact us if you want to discuss this further (sales@npautoparts.co.uk). We are always happy to help if we are informed of an issue, and we'd hope a buyer contacts us directly before they leave a negative review, as otherwise we are not given the chance to resolve an issue first. Item was sent by second class post. Had message saying item would be delivered by Monday which would have been great as I booked a days holiday from work and waited and waited for the item to arrive on Wednesday

Hi, Sorry to hear you were not happy with the delivery times. Just to confirm, we do post all of our items with Royal Mail 48 tracked service when standard shipping is selected at the checkout. As the order was placed just before a weekend we would not have been able to get the part in from the supplier in time to dispatch before the weekend unfortunately. We therefore dispatched the item on the Monday as we are not able to send items over the weekend, so you should have received an email on Monday to state this along with tracking information. The item was then delivered on Wednesday which is correct with a 48 hour service. I hope that confirms why the item arrived when it did. Kind regards, NP Autoparts

Hello I would just like to say that in general my roof bars are ok. However, the plastic components are 'not of a very good standard.. The plastic screw that holds the outer casing on are very weak and two have snapped when trying to screw the outer casing on. Furthermore the instructions are very limited. They say to place the inner brackets ( inside the metal tube) at no 7/8 in fact it's 2&3 it was a bit of a messing about but more importantly are the weak plastic screws

Very fast delivery. Good product overall however some of the parts do not fit properly the rear windows of the car.

The seller tries to provide good customer service. Purchase has been confirmed by phone by checking VIN. Unfortunately, despite this confirmation, the offered part did not fit.

Hi, Sorry that the part did not fit but as explained we cannot check VIN numbers so this would not have been done over the phone. VIN numbers are only for original manufacturer parts and not after market parts such as these. There are many different options of wing mirror for this vehicle with different connections and it is the responsibility of the buyer to check all the details are correct on the advert. We have offered a return for a refund on this product. Kind regards

The roof rack was dispatched promptly and delivered quickly. The roofrack fits correctly and is well engineered. However, although it is the aero design of rack, above 40mph there is a howling type of wind noise, not white noise, if it is not loaded with anything. I will be leaving it off unless I am transporting things.

This order was placed on Friday 19th January, at 5pm. Unfortunately, this is quite late in the day and our cut-off for next day delivery from our supplier is 4pm. So, the part was instead ordered first-thing Monday 22nd and arrived to us on Tuesday 23rd - we dispatched the same day. To confirm, on the specific listing there is a note that states 'dispatch is usually within 48 hours' - so, bearing in mind the weekend days are not standard working days, the item was dispatched within 2 working days and was therefore within the period displayed. It's unfortunate if this note was not read or understood - but, we do always have estimated dispatch times displayed. So, we feel this review is a little unfair or mis-worded, given the item was dispatched on time.

I ordered a rear wiper blade for my Skoda Octavia estate. The good news: Great response, rapid email confirmation and prompt delivery. Can't fault all that. The bad news: I bought the Bosch part not the Trupart one. Bosch supply a 13 inch wiper as described on the website but it is shorter than the original part. the box (when you receive it) does say that the wiper is shorter. The Trupart item says that it is 14 inches which is the original size.

We do find that sometimes, the lengths can vary slightly for the same vehicle, as the various manufacturers have chosen the best length for their particular wipers.
