Hi Edwin, We do apologise if the item arrived with you a bit late. We usually dispatch Haynes manuals within 2 working days, as per the information on the listing. Your order came in on the 6th April and so we'd have normally expected this to be dispatched on the 8th and arrive with you 2-3 working days later (as Royal Mail 2nd class was the delivery method chosen for this order). Unfortunately, the item did not come in from our supplier until Monday 11th so we then dispatched on that day. It will have therefore arrived 1 working day late, so we do pologise for this. Hi there, Many thanks for your review. We have taken a look at this order and we can see that your order came in on Monday 15th February and was dispatched on Wednesday 17th. Our listings do have a note stating that dispatch is usually within 2 working days of receiving cleared payment...so this was within this estimate. The delivery method chosen for this order was Royal Mail 2nd class, which is usually a 2-3 working day service. As the item was dispatched on Wednesday 17th, the estimate for delivery would have been either Friday 19th or Monday 22nd February. Therefore, as long as it arrived by this date it was within the estimate. It would be very helpful to know exactly when the item arrived...if it arrived after Monday 22nd February please let us know. If it did arrive by this date however, it was within the estimate as per our eBay listing. Kind regards,

Disappointing. Followed the instructions to the letter when fitting these farad roof bars, however front bars did not fit the vehicle. Refund given, no explanation as to why they wouldn't fit

Hi, As discussed as length within eBay's messaging system, we have sold dozens of these sets without a previous issue. Upon return, we have looked at the bars and found no faults...but have passed on the details to Farad for them to investigate further. Therefore, it was not that no explanation was given, it is that the issue has been passed on the manufacturer for them to find the problem, although we have continued to sell the item with no other problems. Therefore, it may have just been one of those things and we have issued a full refund as requested. Kind regards,

Difficult to review because the small lugs on the part broke when item was being fitted (cover for a wing mirror). The lugs felt too flimsy for the job. Was it the part or the fitter? I cannot be sure so reluctant to judge too harshly although we are no further forward and paid for a part we cannot use. Item did arrive as promised and quickly. I hope I've been fair in my comments.

Bought roof rack for my Passat. Product does not sit on roof anywhere nearly as the one for my previous car. Would complain but I bought this for foreign travel tomorrow. P U

Hi Patrick, Sorry to hear this - we would always encourage a buyer to contact us directly if they have any issues with fitting their item...especially with roof bars when safety is by far the most important thing to consider. Even at this late stage before your trip, we can try and resolve the issue. Please contact us asap so we can try and help (sales@npautoparts.co.uk) - it may help us to know the registration plate of the vehicle and any photos of the bars in place may be very useful too so we can try and understand the issue more clearly. We would not advise using the bars if you're not happy with the fit...as it's the owner of the vehicle's responsibility to ensure the safety of any item fitted to the car and if there were any issues, you could be liable for any damage. Trupart do not always include instructions for fitting wiper blades unfortunately...although you may sometimes find these on the side of the packaging rather than in paper form. If you do need any help fitting an item, please contact us and we'll do our best to explain. Unfortunately, we did not receive any communication regarding this issue before the review was provided, so we were not aware of any problem prior to seeing these comments unfortunately. The delivery was fairly quick but there were no screws to fit the wing mirror so I had to use the previous ones. I didn't think it was worth contacting driveden because the older wing mirror was scrapped so I needed to fix it. Disappointed.

Hi Juliette, Aftermarket items do not tend to come with fixings (screws/nuts/bolts etc) so these need to be sourced from the original unit or elsewhere. We would always advise a customer contacts us if they're unsure of this...as we can let them know for sure or may be able to resolve the issue directly. If we are not contacted, we cannot help. We would always recommend that the old unit is kept until the new unit is fitted as it may be helpful to check any fixings etc. Kind regards,

Whilst the mats I ordered arrived in time, the boot mat was not as advertised as it did not fit my model of car and Driveden were not able to offer the correct one. The item was returned without problem.

Turned up on time and good quality wipers however one of the wipers was wrong size (too small) but as I needed them immediately to replace badly work ones, ididn't have time to send wrong one back

Hi Neil, Sorry to hear this - we do list the sizes of all wipers on our listings so it would be good to know if you received the size as displayed...or if the wrong size was received completely. We can offer a refund or exchange...but only if the item is returned first, which is standard return procedure for any retail company. IT WOULD BE HELPFUL TO BE ABLE TO TALK TO SOMEONE ON THE PHONE as it states you are happy to discuss problems the mobile friendly number just takes you back to social media it would make me more confident dealing with the company why are they afraid to give a phone number.

We are more than happy to discuss any issues - however, we can see from a previous email that your issue seems to be more with an existing product, not with the item purchased from us (as the existing item did not include the correct adaptors to fit to the roof bars purchased from us). We did reply to your email and provided a link to our supplier's helpline, so you could source these adaptors from them directly. Hi Michael, Many thanks for your review - the mats we stock may not be exactly the same as the original manufacturer's mats, although in many cases will be made from the original template. On this occasion, we believe our supplier reduced the length of the mats under the pedals etc for safety reasons, to prevent any possibility of them catching on the pedals. We do include a template image on every listing for tailored mats, so the buyer can check the shape before purchase and we hope this proves useful for anyone who needs it. Kind regards,

hi , I received the fog lights I ordered for my Honda crv but they was listed as the ones for a 2010 to 2012 year model which would have been the oval shaped ones . but when they arrived they were the round ones which belonged to the 2007 to2010 year model . so I decided to buy an older bumper because I had trouble finding the oval fog lights that matched my bumper .

Quality mat delivered speedily. However, there was some confusion over the item sent as it did not match the 'stock' picture online, and the model years on the item did not match the years on the box. Satisfactory answer given. Would have been helpful if the picture shown online was specific to the model, or said stock picture.

Roof bars arrived quickly at the earlier end of the estimate I was given. One minor thing that I wasn't too happy about was that they were in a huge cardboard box and the Thule box inside was rattling round with no packing. As a result the end of the Thule box was damaged although the roof bars themselves were OK. Other than that I got what I ordered at a fair price.

Sorry to hear this. We will look at packing out the end when there is too much of a gap. We use these outer boxes for a variety of products, so they are not always the perfect fit for all orders. Glad to hear the parts were all ok inside.

Despatch and delivery times were excellent. Price on item (rear lighting housing for Skoda Fabia) was also very good however on fitting the replacement unit it was apparent that there were small variations in the moulding as compared to the original. The new unit is not a snug fit to the bodywork recess at the top and bottom in that it protrudes slightly from the line of the bodywork. Also the two retaining push fit lugs which go into the rubber bushed mounting holes in the bodywork do not hold the unit in place properly as per the original thus relying solely on the internal boot fixing bolt drawing the unit into place.

Hi William, Sorry to hear this - although this review is supposed to be based on the merchant (i.e. the service received), we do understand that some feedback on the products is also useful. The mats purchased were the lowest price set we offer (from the 'Classic' range) - we provide images of the mats and also details regarding the thickness of the carpets. We believe these details give the customer an accurate impression of the mats in question, so they can make an informed decision as to the quality of the mats.
