When I ordered a 'Pair ' of windscreen wipers for my BMW E38 , I assumed that would be one for the passenger side and one for the drivers side , but both turned up for the passengers side , which means I will now have to order another wiper for the drivers side at a greater cost to myself.

I was kept waiting for the ISO lead, and not advised of the delay until I asked. Then an additional delay on top of that. No contingency plan in place at NP. So very unhappy. The lead is OK though for the price.

Hi there, We do apologise for any delay - certain items are ordered in from a supplier and in this case, we would have expected to receive the delivery within 2 working days. Unfortunately we were let down by our supplier on this occasion. We unfortunately cannot source from anywhere else, so it's very difficult to provide an alternative solution, or have a contingency plan. We did just inform you as soon as we were aware of the delay and offered a refund if you would be waiting too long. We did upgrade to Royal Mail 1st class so when we received the item, it reached you as soon as possible. However, we understand that the delay may have caused some inconvenience so we do apologise again. Thankfully, this was very much a one-off incident and most items actually arrive ahead of the estimate! I ordered repeater lamps for my AudiA6. They arrived promptly but would not fit the holes in the wings as the clips on the back were only suitable for much smaller holes. Also they did not have reflectors in front of the bulbs as the Audi ones do, and they had plastic clips instead of metal ones like the originals had, which looked rather cheap and fragile though I didn't fit them as I couldn't. Having said that, when I contacted the seller they were very prompt in sending me a free returns label which I am about to use. Assuming I get the refund I can't fault the supplier except for the product not being correct for the car.

Hi there, Many thanks for this feedback - we were sorry to hear the item did not match the original, as that should certainly be the case. The parts may not be made from exactly the same materials...some sometimes they may have plastic parts instead of metal for example...but this is reflected in the much lower price compared to OEM parts! However, the specification and fitment should be the same...so if this was not, we do apologise again. As you had stated, we arranged a return and provided a returns label so you could get this back to us and we can get that resolved for you. Strictly speaking this is a merchant review, so if we provided a good service it's a shame to receive a negative score (2 out of 5 stars). Was fast delivery which was good, the product wasn't great. Instructions didn't match the car, giving me measurement which were wrong. Once I got it fitted, it turns out they leak! Seats are soaked.

With regards to the issue from what you have said so far...it would be very, very strange for the kit/instructions to be incorrect or inaccurate - Farad thoroughly test all products and they have to pass all fitment and crash testing safety tests before they can be sold for a specific vehicle...so this set should be absolutely fine for the vehicle as listed. Hi there, Just a further note - you did mention that the measurements were wrong but the set was still then fitted...and then have leaks into the vehicle. It is likely that by fitting to different measurements to the instructions and testing, the set may not be fitted correctly and this could lead to leaks into the vehicle, and could also risk a failure. We would NOT advise using the bars if the measurements in the instructions have not been followed. The bars are not covered by any warranty or guarantee if they are not fitted 100% correctly and as per the instructions. Drivers wiper was broke so decided to purchase the 'set', I have changed the passenger wiper back to the old one as the new one is not clearing the windscreen, and before anyone asks, yes, I have removed the protective strip from the blade

Waiting for a response from the seller at the moment. The seats keep sliding off on movement no instructions in the parcel how to put them.

Sorry to hear there was some issues with fitting. There should be fitting clips in the pack which allow you to secure the covers from moving. We have provided return details so we can refund you.

The part I ordered was 2 days late then also the part didn't fit the car and it was 100% the right one also the material it was made out of was so bad it snapped aswel so can't even get my money back won't be buying from you again ????????

Mat quality is pretty good. But the passenger mat didn't fit the fixed points of the car. One of the holes is out by almost an inch so it can't sit flush.

Hi there, We do apologise for the error on this occasion - our supplier had provided the incorrect photo, so the image was inaccurate. The description was 100% correct...but we do understand that there would be some confusion as this did not match up to the image at the time...but we will be getting the image updated asap. Hi there, Sorry to hear this - the seat covers purchased are universal-fit...so there's always a risk that they will not fit. It's just the way with universal-fit items...they will fit the majority but not all. This is the first we've heard of the issue unfortunately, and we'd always hope a buyer sends us a message or email if there is a problem. Although the bag is nice, the Velcro on the bottom doesn't stick to the carpet and the glue side of the other Velcro comes off in less than an hour. So the bag is floating around in the boot. Not what I wanted.

Item arrived quickly so no problems with the service. However, the product was purchased to fit an Audi Q5 2012 but once fitted it was so tight to the roof that it didnt allow the sunroof to open, in fact I think the sunroof would have smashed if I mistakenly opened it so I had to tape the button shut to remind me not to open it. Overall, bitterly disappointed with the product but didn't have time to amend as was booked to go away. So now the rails are used and I will have to buy a new set that will allow the sunroof to open - waste of money and description was not clear about this. ZERO stars for product!

Hi, Sorry to hear this - but, we do hope buyers of roof bars will be aware that they will likely NOT be able to open their sunroof. Sometimes it's possible...but in the huge majority of cases, it will not be possible. The set purchased is aerodynamically-shaped and sits very low to the roof...this is one of the major selling points because they will sit lower than most roof bars and this should ensure better fuel economy and less wind noise. They are comparible to the Thule WingBar Edge range..but at a much lower price point. Just to confirm, we are never 100% sure why a sunroof would need to be opened when roof bars and accessories are being carried on the vehicle...modern vehicles almost always have air-conditioning if the windows/sunroof cannot be opened, and this will keep everyone inside cool. If you do need to open the windows to let fresh air in...we offer a range of wind deflectors for this very purpose. So, we do feel this negative feedback is a bit unfair...the buyer should be more than aware that if they have roof bars installed (and particularly chose to purchase low-fitting, aero-shaped bars), that they will likely not be able to open the sunroof. After all, with roof bars and accessories fitted, the roof will be blocked and not let much sun or air in! We would also just remind any buyer that they can contact us prior to a purchase if they are unsure of anything and we can advise further...if a feature or specific thing is NOT mentioned on a listing, it should not be assumed to be included or suitable. Hi, To confirm, the mats come with fixings built-in, but the vehicle should already have the corresponding fixings built-in to the floor for the mats to secure to. At no point on the listing does it state the floor fixings are included...so if the negative feedback is related to this, it would be very unfair. We do offer a range of templates for the vehicle you have (Ford Transit). The template you chose is for models with 2 fixings on each side...but there is an alternative template for models with NO fixings...so it sounds like you would have needed that template instead. The Grey colour is different from the grey colour show on the listing picture. The grey colour on your pictures is darker but the colour delivered is bright-silver type. I'm disappointed with the purchase. Also, the locks for the front mats are not exact measurements.

To follow up - we offered a free return for a full refund, or an exchange if the mats turned out to be incorrectly sent by our supplier. However, the buyer chose to close the eBay return request and keep the mats as they are...so the matter has been resolved, although we were not able to actually investigate fully as the buyer chose not to return the item.

Hi there, Sorry to hear this - but Haynes manual number 5711 is definitely for VW Transporter T4 DIESEL models from 1990-2003. To confirm, the details listed for this item are as follows: 'Suitable for Diesel: 1.9 litre (1896 cc), 2.4 litre (2370 cc) & 2.5 litre (2459 & 2461 cc). Does NOT cover Syncro, specialist body conversions or features specific to Caravelle or Multivan. Does NOT cover petrol engines.' This manual has been hugely popular since release and we've received nothing but positive comments regarding this item since we have been selling it. So, it's a huge shock to hear that you have said it doesn't cover diesel models, when we know for sure that it does. The only thing we can possibly think of is that you've somehow received the incorrect manual...but that would be quite obvious as it would be for a different vehicle entirely and have a different manual number. Can you please email us directly to discuss the issue further and to show us what you mean by the manual not covering diesel models?
