Ordered an item online, received the following day, pleased with the ordering process and prompt delivery. Item didn't seem to do what it was meant to, mailed np autoparts for advice, very prompt initial response, then ... Nothing. Mailed again for further response, again, nothing.
Waited a couple of days, decided to try another approach, live chat , asked about returns policy, response received, problem sorted.
FYI, the Farad roof bars (SIME2 120) do not fit a Citroen Berlingo Multispace 2008 on.
