“Really annoyed took my money over £150 for a bag then got a notification saying it’s being refunded - no email to say why and then takes up to 10 days to refund my money.”

Thank you for your review. Following our initial response, we have now been in contact with you directly via email and have investigated the matter further. After reviewing the details, it became clear that the item purchased from Norton Barrie was a Holland Cooper dress, which was subsequently returned and refunded in line with our returns process. The bag referenced in the review was purchased from a different retailer, which understandably caused some confusion when reviewing the refund notification.
