“I have been shopping with Norton Barrie for quite a number of years, primarily because they stock the Brands I like, but also because the service is excellent, goods are delivered promptly and with no issues, I did have to return an item a while ago and again this was dealt with promptly and efficiently, in a world of AI, and chat bots it’s re assuring that there is someone to speak to and help if you do have any problems over sizing etc, they also have a Bricks and Mortar store, I would highly recommend this website.- Mike”

“I recently purchased a gift for my wife from your store ..the coat was wonderful and the price fantastic but imagine how I felt when she asked if I had got it from ebay!! If you are posting out goods, surely you dont package them screwed up into an ill fitting grey courier/plastic bag. There was nothing to say the package was from your store,it didnt have the coat enclosed in an inner bag and frankly my wife is reluctant to wear the coat because she doesnt believe it is new or an original product. I have complete faith that the coat is new albeit the last one you had in that size (hence the favourable price) but I would be reluctant to purchase anything else from your store for fear of it being received in a similar fashion.”

“Excellent service, delivered very quickly and wrapped well, would definitely recommend purchasing from Norton Barrie, I also needed to return an item and it was so easy although a free returns label would be better as I did just then purchase another size, I did try to ring the customer service line three times but the line was never answered.”

“Norton Barrie offer really good support, clear communications with follow up. Often the only ones to stock an item and the discount codes make them the best value. Particular thanks goes to Alex for his unwaivering assistance which went above and beyond with a recent order. NB needs to reconsider their choice of couriers though, as last purchase v.nearly did not meet my deadline, if it were not for the assistance from aforementioned Alex. NB 10/10 overall trusted with good customer care.”
