Unfortunately, Royal Mail have let both you and Norton Barrie down by confirming the parcel as delivered when it appears to have been delivered to the wrong property. “I placed an online order for a Man's Boss sweater at a very good price. Ordering the normal size I was disappointed when this "telaxed' fit turned out to be enormous. The delivery was very prompt so I decided to ring the Wilmslow retail centre. The two gentlemen I spoke to were extremely helpful and courteous. I have returned the sweater and they have put a smaller one aside to send me on receipt of my parcel. Obviously I haven't got the end of the story but I am in no doubt that it will have a happy ending. Would definitely use this company again and have no problem highly recommending them.”

“Flawless transaction. Purchased a tee shirt in the sale that I actually tried on in another national chain shop as part of their current sale campaign, which was more expensive for exact same garment, but didn’t have my size. By pure luck (or karma?) came across it in Norton Barrie’s sale in my size so got it there cheaper with delivery. Arrived in two working days. Good to have Norton Barrie options instead of the other national, who are actively buying up smaller local competition and closing them down (no prizes for who this is). All in all, faultless service and happy customer.”

“Excellent customer service! My order was originally expected to be delivered on Tuesday 14th, but I later received an email from Royal Mail advising that delivery had been changed to Thursday 16th. As we were going to be away, the parcel would have been left unattended. I contacted Norton Barrie on Tuesday evening to explain the situation, and they immediately stepped in to help. Thanks to their prompt assistance and support.My order was delivered the very next morning (Wednesday). A huge thank you to Blake and the entire Norton Barrie team for going above and beyond. Your professionalism, responsiveness and commitment to customer satisfaction were exceptional. Norton Barrie offers reasonably priced, premium-quality products backed by outstanding customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and will certainly shop with them again. 👍😎”
