Due to the recent U.S. import tariff changes, all orders entering the U.S. are now subject to local customs duties and taxes set by the U.S. government — unfortunately, these charges are outside of our control. We do include this information under our Delivery & Returns section before checkout to ensure transparency. The item you purchased was originally priced at £175 and was reduced to just $75.79 including delivery, so regrettably we’re unable to cover such government-imposed fees on heavily discounted items. “Placed order on a Friday afternoon, notified almost immediately that it had been picked and ready for dispatch, didnt expect delivery until the Tuesday but turned up Sunday. Great service and the 15% off discount was a nice touch too.”

“The service was terrific. And it was delivered very quickly. Love the purse and the quality. What I wasn’t aware of is that your company is out of the USA and I had to pay an $87 tariff! This is not your fault that our President is an ass but I wish I had known I was going to have to pay that. Maybe in the future you could notify people ahead of time that their purchase will be subject to a tariff”
