“Website easy to navigate, some great brands either great discounts. Customer service on point. Was notified from order to delivery and the Holland Cooper shoes I ordered arrived packaged well and they were delivered so quickly too! It was my first purchase from this company and highly recommend them! Thank you Norton Barrie.”

“Visited Norton Barrie with my mum last Saturday and had a fantastic experience. The service was exceptional from start to finish. The staff were friendly, welcoming and genuinely enjoyable to chat with, which made the whole shopping experience feel relaxed and personal. A special thank you as well for keeping hold of my daughter’s colouring bag after we accidentally left it in the shop. When I returned a few days later, it had been safely put aside for us, which was greatly appreciated. It’s rare to find customer service of this standard these days. We’ll definitely be back very soon, and I think I’ve found my new home for future shopping. Highly recommended!”

“It’s always very sceptical buying from a new company. However my first and not last experience with Norton Barrie was excellent, from selection of products, to communication of order and quick delivery. This was a great first experience and I will definitely continue to shop with confidence in the future. I think I’ve just found a gem for ordering my clothes.”
