“I had a really positive experience from start to finish. Ordering was simple and straightforward, and everything went smoothly until I realised I’d accidentally entered the wrong delivery address. I contacted customer service, and they were absolutely brilliant. They were so understanding, sorted everything out straight away, and arranged for my order to be resent to my correct address the very next day. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and they kept me informed throughout. It’s not often you come across customer service like this these days, and I really appreciated how quickly and efficiently they dealt with my mistake. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful situation so easy to resolve. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from you again and would happily recommend you to others.”

“I work away a lot during the week and all deliveries are put in my porch for convenience. There is a sign asking for goods to be left there. Royal mail didnt leave a card so i cant continue, they said they tried to deliver but didnt leave a card.”
