Tbh I ordered 2 sandbanks t shirts 4xl and 1 is considerably smaller

The Gillet i bought from Norton Barrie ..wasnt the same as the one i ordered from the websight when it arrived..it had no boss branding in-between the shoulders on the back..i sent it back and bought the one i wanted for just £85 on sale online ...The one from Norton Barrie was £115 on sale ..so worked out well in the end ..

First time ordering, only disappointing factor was as my first order qualified for a 15% discount, it would not allow me to fill in the required code

Item arrived quickly however it was half in a tissue wrapped package that someone else had ripped open and returned. Not the best impression.

Hi Leah, Further to our email conversation, I apologise that the tissue paper was torn inside the parcel. Glad to hear the outer bag and the item were not damaged whilst with Royal Mail. All our parcels are carefully wrapped before dispatch, I have reminded all our staff to ensure all items sent out are wrapped to a high standard that they would expect to receieve. Kind Regards Nikki

Hi Mohammad, I apologise you were not happy with the packaging. We send all our parcels out wrapped in tissue paper and sealed in a parcel or box with Norton Barrie tape. I have checked your Royal Mail tracking photo and can see that your parcel was delivered in a box sealed securely with Norton Barrie tape. You have since returned the items, in the box with the tape visable, for a refund to which I have just done for you. Kind Regards Nikki

delivery note was screwed up inside package item was not very well packaged came very very creased , also they used Royal Mail delivery who I waited in for twice finally get delivery 4 th time not good not bad would be my view

Hi Simon, I apologise if you have received the item like this. I am very surprised to hear this as we pride ourselves in sending out all our items carefully checked and wrapped in Norton Barrie tissue paper. I will look into this. Delivery was quick but the returns policy needs looking at, there is a form with the delivery but I still had to get in contact before returning. First time I have experienced that. You should be able to print a returns label on line.... If you can, its not clear

Hi Phil, Apologies you thought our returns policy was not clear for you. With your order we enclosed a returns form, which has all the returns infomation with clear details and returns address. It also has a link to our returns section of our website which you can fill in a simple returns form and print a returns label at home or be sent an email with a QR code which you can take to any Post Office and they will print the returns label for you. You also called up and I sent you an email with all the returns infomation too with links included. We have received your return back to store and have issued you a full refund. Kind Regards Nikki

Received parcel in a damaged state. Overall a courier issue but nevertheless the jacket was wet when received. Communication was good in respect of offer to a full refund. Shame about parcel force, could of been much worse.

Well I placed my order a week ago and it’s still not arrived. The courier company’s status hasn’t changed and I’ve never heard of them before, will my order arrive before the big man? 🎅🏻 v 🚚👟 who knows 🧐

Hi Chris, I can only apologise for your item not arriving in time for Xmas and totally understand your frustration with the delays from Fast Despatch Logistics. We have chased and chased for over a week and even moved carriers from 19th December to try and ease the load on FDL to help encourage the packages to get there in time for Xmas but for a few this has been to no avail. I can only apologise for the poor performance FDL have provided in the last few weeks and I assure you going forward we won't be using them again. I wish you a Merry Xmas and all the best for 2023. I recently visited the store to buy a voucher as a Christmas present. The service I received was excellent as usual, however the reason for my 3 stars is that the recipient of the voucher immediately received a text stating that the voucher had been added to his account - not much of a Christmas surprise!

Very pleased with the fast service but disappointed that the shoes where all marked at the back I needed to wear them straight away so I couldn’t send them back just annoying as they are Boss expensive shoes

We would have offered to exchange the shoes for a new pair if we would have known about this however I understand that you needed to wear the shoes straight away. Unfortunately I had a negative experience due to the company’s insistence on using sub standard delivery systems- Royal Mail on this occasion. Having said that the product was superb and packaged with care and love.

Hi Jonathan, Thank you for your review. Unfortunately as explained on the phone we started that jacket from size 38 and when we contacted Belstaff they didn't have any size 36 available in their wholesale stock. I can see we received the jacket back on Tuesday and a full refund was processed on Wednesday morning. We hope to see you shopping with us again soon and we will make a concerted effort to purchase size 36UK in the future so you have some choice on our website. Kind Regards Emma

The hat I ordered wasn't what I wanted, oddly was way too big even for my cranium! Fair play to Emma for helping out and the refund arrived soon enough, actually decent customer service,unlike some places I've used

Only issue was someone signed for my parcel with just a first name and no address?? I have to stressfully try and find out who it was. It was a painter/decorator i dont even know. So delivery person i may not have received this due to one name no address.

Hi, We ship our orders using Royal Mail's tracked and signed for delivery. Unfortunately, this is down to Royal Mail to ask for the surname of who signed for the parcel.
