Unfortunately, I had a family emergency, as my daughter was unexpectedly admitted to hospital. One of my colleagues explained this in an earlier email, but I completely understand that this did not make your situation any less frustrating. I can confirm that your returns label has now been sent to you, and you should be able to proceed with your return without any further issues.
