“Awful. Ordered a pair of birkenstock boston suede and I've very obviously been sent the pair you've had on display instore. One is in pristine condition and the other has very clearly been worn many times. Suede is all freyed and dirty footbed. One looks 6 months older than the other. I paid for brand new not part worn. Don't think I'll shop here again.”
