“I bought a sale item at 50% of the price I’d see 24 hours earlier in John Lewis, what’s not to like about that level of value. Ordering was very easy, my sweater arrived on the day promised. The follow up email thanking me for buying from a smaller independent retailer is a great touch. Will always look at Norton Barrie for future buys. Thanks guys”

“I’d been eyeing up some boots but I wanted to purchase them in the sale. Norton Barrie who I had never shopped with before was £10 cheaper than the other retailers so I purchased them Saturday 28/12/25 afternoon and within a 1-2 hours may have been sooner confirmation they were shipped, so quick. So efficient I decided to look at reviews, past reviews were shocking, unkind so I was preparing myself to be scammed and let down and never to receive my order. Then to my surprise my order arrived Monday 30th beautifully packaged. After opening the postal box it was beautifully wrapped like a Christmas present, a small gesture that put a smile on my face and made me feel good all day. Better than Amazon a giant company. I think our chancellor has made survival so difficult for small businesses already working hard, I favour purchasing from small businesses and supporting them. Well done Norton Barrie for quick , efficient service. Small touches go far.”
