“We shop at Norton Barrie quite a lot, my partner loves their selection of Holland Cooper clothing and they’re always extremely competitive on price. The shop itself has a nice relaxed atmosphere for browsing, and as my partner says the shop smells lovely 😍. I cant comprehend how much we would have likely spent there now, but where a forever returning customer. Well recommended,”

We have already raised this matter with InPost, as we are also concerned by the lack of movement on the parcel. After reviewing the details, it became clear that the item purchased from Norton Barrie was a Holland Cooper dress, which was subsequently returned and refunded in line with our returns process. The bag referenced in the review was purchased from a different retailer, which understandably caused some confusion when reviewing the refund notification.
