Hi, We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed. Your order was placed on 13 September and delivered in the USA on 19 September, within our stated international delivery timeframe. The additional amount referred to was an Import C.O.D. charge applied by US customs or the courier, not by Norton Barrie. Our website clearly explains at checkout that international orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility. We appreciate that unexpected charges can be frustrating, but these are outside our control. We would also have appreciated the opportunity to help before the review was posted.
