“I am extremely happy with the service from Norton Barrie. As a new customer, I received a 15% discount, which brought the price of my Holland Cooper Henley Blazer in Navy Ink down from £230 to just £195. On top of that, I received free next-day delivery, which was a great bonus. The blazer arrived promptly and exactly as expected, and the whole shopping experience was smooth from start to finish. Based on my experience, the customer service and value for money were excellent. I honestly don't understand why some people leave negative reviews, as my experience could not have been better. If I could, I would rate Norton Barrie 6 out of 5 stars or 11 out of 10. I would definitely shop with them again and highly recommend them to others.”

The staff were friendly, welcoming and genuinely enjoyable to chat with, which made the whole shopping experience feel relaxed and personal. A special thank you as well for keeping hold of my daughter’s colouring bag after we accidentally left it in the shop. When I returned a few days later, it had been safely put aside for us, which was greatly appreciated. It’s rare to find customer service of this standard these days.
