“I have made a few purchases now from Norton Barrie. The service is excellent, very easy to place an order and my deliveries are very prompt. I recently asked if NB would price match an item that was on the Holland Copper website in the sale, I was pleased and both impressed that they were fair and professional enough to agree to my request. “Excellent service. I bought online after googling the item I wanted and this store came up at a very competitive price! I ordered online after a Friday and it selected the free delivery option (2 days I think?!) and it arrived the next day! Had to wait a while to leave the review as they were a gift but went down a storm when received. Would highly recommend and use again!”

“The shirts are extremely oversized. I ordered my usual size, but they fit more like an XL and I had to take both of them to a tailor to have them altered, including shortening the length. One of them came down about 5–6 cm below the crotch. The website really should make the sizing clear. Many brands specify something like, “If you normally wear a Large, order a Medium,” and that absolutely should have been stated here. Had I known how oversized they run, I would have ordered a Medium instead. The sizing was honestly terrible. Mauricio Ortega”

One of the shirts is described as a Regular Fit, while the other is described as a Relaxed Fit. We appreciate that sizing and fit can vary between brands and individual styles, particularly with relaxed-fit garments. However, we do provide the manufacturer's fit information on the product pages to help customers make their sizing choice.
