“Sorted out an issue quickly and efficiently. I ordered an item with first class postage which did not arrive as expected. I contacted Chris at Northern Runner who dealt with the problem immediately and the item arrived the next morning. Very helpful.”

“Item arrived in time. Quick delivery, good communication. Item received as no tags on it. I don’t think Brooks like shoes will come with out tag and instructions on it. Which is been a disappointment.”

“Looks like they had been walked in when I took them out of the box. The tread was dirty as seen in the pictures. They're great trail shoes tho, unbelievable grip in the mud, nice and comfy but not too much cushion.”

“Recently purchased some socks from NorthernRunner. I was contacted after I had placed my original order stating that the socks were out of stock. NR suggested alternative's and gave pictures of them which I thought was great, rather than me try and source them another way. Anyway I thought that it was great service and I will definitely be using you again in the future”

“Order failed to materialise, emailed - receiving prompt response and action. Lost in post, money refunded. However pretty disappointing on a personal note as had taken ages to research and choose item and as it was an end of line product NR weren’t able to replace,”

“Ordering was easy and nice to see they had smaller and half sizes in stock. Automated email notifications highlighted key steps in the process. Delivery times were as quoted. Prices were same as the brand's own site for the shoes I ordered.”

“The trainers that I wanted were being sold at the best price by Northern Runner. The only disappointment was that after 8 days from ordering I felt the need to email them to chase my order. The response was instant and they arrived the next day as promised in the reply to my email. Other than the dispatch time everything was as it should be.”

“My Brooks Adrenlin GTS 19 arrived on time. The order was fullfilled corectly and the shoes are as described with no faults. i always buy these as I need structured support. Brooks produce a new version each year. The small year on year changes make no difference. I would be happy with GTS 12's preumably at a much cheaper cost. Northern Runner was the cheapest supplier I could find BUT the cost was still more than I expected.”

“As promised the shoes arrived within one day and correspondence was quick. The shoes that I had originally ordered were not in stock, although they appeared to be in stock on the website. I was then contacted via email, after I had paid, to see if I would accept trainers in a different colour which I did.”
