“Unfortunately I have received a very poor experience, so much so I am in the middle of emailing the sales teamas I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE PRODUCT? This was unfortunately a gift for a birthday that has been and gone, so I will be asking for a full refund. Sorry about this.”
