“FANTASTIC service from 1st phone call to fitting, changed my life. Went for rental as hoping to move this year and was over the moon when I discovered did could rentals. Would 100% recommend to anyone needing a stirlift. Richard ( surveyor) was very helpful and friendly . Barry (installer) was very friendly, helpful and efficient in fitting the lift and went through explaining everything.”

“Norfolk Stairlifts are wonderful, the salesman’s informative knowledge and wit were excellent and there was never a hint of hard sales just polite service from Richard . All communication with the company through the coordinator was professional and prompt,everything was clear and explained. The fitter on site has done a remarkable job in a fairly confined space with no damage or distress to any decoration or carpets and he left the job spotless . What a pleasure to have a job like this done and not have to pay for it up front . Well done to all involved with Norfolk Stairlifts.”

“I contacted Norfolk Stairlifts and their surveyor came out the same morning. By lunch time everything was sorted out and our order placed for installation a week later. The installation was very smooth and done quickly and efficiently. Very friendly and professional to deal with and would definitely recommend to anyone for a stairlift and installation. Thank you for your excellent service.”

Having sent out an engineer on the same day, I’m pleased we were able to confirm all is well with your stairlift and we have stopped the slight noise by applying a little lubrication to the charging contact. “Richard was very easy to discuss our requirements with and gave excellent advice without being pushy. Very fair price agreed and prompt installation as requested. Kieron installed the stairlift with expertise and left everything clean and tidy. Very clear operating instructions given. Financial business completed on the phone in a friendly and efficient manner. We would recommend this company highly.”

“My parents are delighted with their new Autolift Module Air stairlift and my dad is now able to go upstairs and sleep in his own bed. Nick and Richard and in fact the whole team were very helpful and professional from my initial call to the completed installation. My parent's stairs are curved with a double turn in them but with careful measuring and some tweeks in the chair setup enabled the stairlift to work perfectly and still with room for my mum to still use the stairs as normal when she feels able to.”

“I have MND with both legs largely out of use. Our house is on a number of levels so we have had 2 stairlifts fitter (Otto Air 3000’s). These have transformed my ability to get round the house: otherwise l would have been marooned in one part of the house. Norfolk Stairlifts service has been very good and supportive. Thank you.”
