“Excellent service. Great communication. Friendly and respectful staff. Turned up on time and recommended the right stairlift i would need without the 'hard sell'. Once the stairlift was fitted they went through how to work it and how to keep it charged. Thoroughly recommend”

“Richard came to the house for a free estimate and to check which stair lifts we could have, Richard was very helpful and we visited the show room to try some stair lifts out. They gave us lots of options so that we had the best lift for us. Very helpful in all our queries and Installed within a few hours and a good guarantee and a service included. it's been a life changer having this installed, wish we had done it sooner. Highly recommend.”

“Excellent servoice throughout from meeting with Richard who explained all the options in great detail, no pushy sales talk to having the stairs;ift installed by Kieren who again could not have taken more care than he did. He explained all the operation to us and supervied my husband's test lift. We are very very pleased and would thoroughly recommend Norfolk Stairlifts and in particular the 2 gentlemen we met.”

“The service from Norfolk Stairlifts was excellent! During my enquiry I was able to arrange a home visit by an Engineer. Richard was able to attend within 7 days to carry out his site survey and advise me of the options available. He made the whole process very straightforward, we arranged to visit the showroom in Hingham the following week to try out the options which would best fit my needs. Kieran installed the stairlift 7 or 8 days after I placed my order, the whole process was much easier than I'd expected and at a very reasonable price.”
