“We took our time to purchase this product due to hospitals stays, the cost never changed.
NS were happy to assist in everyway possible, two demos and advice concerning installation. On installation day your installers work was fantastic, clean, tidy and polite. Now, two months on we realise how much we needed the stairlift and fell reassured that if anything goes wrong, we can talk directly with the company and not via a call handling centre.
Thank you Norfolk Stairlifts.”
“Stairlift been in situ for two weeks and am delighted. All staff involved were helpful, knowledgeable and ensured I felt happy with my choice. Contacted the company as had excellent recommendations from previous user, with good comments about any after sales service required.”

“From start to finish I was made to feel completely at ease with the process. Very professional visit to my home to measure up and my options were made clear and easy to understand. No pressure put on me and various ways to pay very happy!
The installation was also carried out in the same professional manner. Didn't take too long and everything was left clean and tidy. Installer completely explained all the operations of the lift with of course a full demonstration. Very happy with the results. Would recommend this company to anyone.”
“From the initial call, they came to my house, talking me through the process and options with no hard sell. I went to their showroom trying the recommended product which I purchased at a very reasonable price in comparison to other quotes. The engineer installed it in 4 hours, no mess and demonstrated how to work it. I can confidently recommend this company.”
“I am very pleased with my stairlift. It has made a huge difference to my mobility and I am walking better as a result. The installation was quick, quiet and Kieran was very pleasant. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Norfolk Stairlifts. Many Thanks.

“A brilliant company guided us through our needs, installation engineer was first class and changed life for the family taking the worry out of the stairs issue, price was more reasonable than we expected first class service..”
“Very professional company that definitely knows their business. Helpful from the first enquiry to the end of the installation. Can certainly recommend them for anyone who needs a stairlift.”
“Very satisfied in all respects. Spoke initially with Richard by telephone who explained the options / considerations for rent / used / new. Survey booked for a few days later. Richard was very good with my Mum (86yrs and hard of hearing). He quickly discovered the staircase narrows towards the top and made appropriate recommendations to resolve that issue. Although a 14 day lead time was expected, Carol rang a few hours later to offer a quicker installation slot which was greatly appreciated (Mum had recently been discharged from hospital).
Installation by Kieran was spot on. Arrived at the estimated time. Full installation in around four hours. Kieran was extremely tidy whilst building the stairlift. He then was very patient whilst teaching my technophobe Mum to operate it.
First class service from start to finish. Recommended without reservation.”
“From the first enquiry to the final fitting Norfolk Stairlifts were helpful, friendly and efficient.I can't praise them enough.I would recommend to anyone.Thank you. Mrs J.Townshend. Chedgrave.”
“I’ve just had a Otolift stairlift installed. It has made a huge difference to my life. My family can stop worrying about me falling plus it gives me back the use of upstairs when I want.
From the initial visit to visiting the showroom to measuring up to the installation the people were respectful knowledgeable and competent.
I would highly recommend them.”
“I am the son of their customer. The initial consultation/survey was top notch, and Richard answered any questions we had there and then, made sensible suggestions and took into account what we asked for.
The office team were very professional on the phone, and human along with it:-)
Installation was over in the stated time, and went fine - the lift installed was exactly as described and planned. Ronnie, the instaling engineer, did a good clean job, and took the time to make sure we knew how to operate things, even in the event of a fault.”
“I am so pleased that I included Norfolk Stairlifts on my list of companies who could help me fit a stairlift into my new home. They were the second company to visit me and completely overshadowed the first one who were amateur level I felt!! However, with Norfolk Stairlifts I was very impressed by the members of the team I came into contact with, their total commitment to my needs, their professionalism and thorough product knowledge throughout the process. I felt very safe in their hands. It was very interesting visiting their showroom too and trying out a couple different types. The fitting of it was unobtrusive and clean and I was given thorough instructions on how to use it. It is very comfortable and a nice ride to the top! It has transformed my life. Thank you Norfolk Stairlifts!”
