“I contacted Norfolk Stairlifts and requested a temporary Stairlift for am elderly relative .....a week before Christmas!..... Everyone I dealt with was helpful, honest and a pleasure to do business with. They made the whole process very easy and I had a Stairlift fitted 3 days before Christmas! A* company.”

“They came and gave me all the info I needed without any b s very efficient. Let me know when they were coming and successfully installed the stair lift. It has made life a lot easier. The on,y thing I would say is I found the instructions given verbally were slightly confusing , but other than that I am totally satisfied with the product and would have no hesitation in recommending Norfolk Stair Lifts”

“It was all left to my wife to deal with as I was in hospital, and Barry who came to install the lift was very pleasant and helpful on the instructions and demonstration to how to work the stair lift. I am satisfied to his workmanship and how neat he was with hiding the cables. First class job thank you, and highly recommend your company as to no high pressure sales at anytime.”

“We needed a stairlift fairly quickly after my husband had a fall on the stairs. Norfolk stairlifts answered my query quickly and arranged to visit us. Richard explained the options to us clearly and gave us a provisional date for installation just one week later. Kieran did the installation and worked quietly and tidily. He explained how to operate it and my husband was able to try it out. All very efficient and straightforward. Thank you”

“I contacted Norfolk Stairlifts and their surveyor came out the same morning. By lunch time everything was sorted out and our order placed for installation a week later. The installation was very smooth and done quickly and efficiently. Very friendly and professional to deal with and would definitely recommend to anyone for a stairlift and installation. Thank you for your excellent service.”

“My parents are delighted with their new Autolift Module Air stairlift and my dad is now able to go upstairs and sleep in his own bed. Nick and Richard and in fact the whole team were very helpful and professional from my initial call to the completed installation. My parent's stairs are curved with a double turn in them but with careful measuring and some tweeks in the chair setup enabled the stairlift to work perfectly and still with room for my mum to still use the stairs as normal when she feels able to.”

“I was able to make an immediate appointment with the salesman, who arrived promptly and cheerfully. He explained clearly the lifts he had available and the costs involved. I took the brochures to my husband in hospital where we made our choice. I spoke to your pleasant office receptionist and made arrangements for the lift to be installed five days later! The fitter arrived on time, completed the installation and after showing us how to operate the lift left us with a clean and tidy area. I cannot speak too highly of all your staff and my husband is delighted with his ‘magic carpet’! Thank you! Vivienne Soddy”

“A big and well deserved ‘thank you’ to all the staff concerned with Norfolk Stairlifts. From the first phone call to a very detailed consultation, leading to the installation all the team were friendly, efficient and helpful. Our Platinum Horizon stairlift was installed quickly and very smoothly with everything left spotlessly clean and tidy by Barry the engineer, a credit to the firm! The stairlift has made a huge difference to our lives and we are so very grateful we found this firm. We would recommend them to anyone who are now beginning to struggle with their own stairs.
