“Very satisfied in all respects. Spoke initially with Richard by telephone who explained the options / considerations for rent / used / new. Survey booked for a few days later. Richard was very good with my Mum (86yrs and hard of hearing). He quickly discovered the staircase narrows towards the top and made appropriate recommendations to resolve that issue. Although a 14 day lead time was expected, Carol rang a few hours later to offer a quicker installation slot which was greatly appreciated (Mum had recently been discharged from hospital).
Installation by Kieran was spot on. Arrived at the estimated time. Full installation in around four hours. Kieran was extremely tidy whilst building the stairlift. He then was very patient whilst teaching my technophobe Mum to operate it.
