“Make Norfolk Stairlifts your first choice when you are considering a stairlift. You will be guided in the right direction at all points, and your personal circumstances taken into account. It's very useful to see the various types and models and even get to try them out in their wonderful showroom. On the day of installation the fitter arrived bang on time, did a wonderful job and couldn't have been more helpful. Four hours, one cup of tea, and apart from the stairlift, you wouldn't know anyone had been!”

“From our initial enquiry to finished installation our experience was great. Time and care was taken to help us understand what would work best in our slightly unusual setting (very low rise exterior position) and a site visit arranged to check details. Every care was taken to ensure we got what we needed. No hard sell, just good advice based on expertise gained from years of experience in this field. Installation was prompt, clean and efficient and Mum was able to practice using the stairlift before she 'went solo'. We would have no hesitation in recommending Norfolk Stairlifts. There are many larger companies, but we felt we had a bespoke service from start to finish which was outstanding.”

“Norfolk Stairlifts Following a review of Stairlifts, Norfolk Stairlifts were the only company who could design and supply a system that we wanted and met our needs. After a visit to their showroom to see the various options their adviisor and surveyor proposed a system. On the due date the installation engineerarrived and installed the system. The after sales service canonly be complemented on their care and attention . The whole exercise was professionsal and hassle free at at competitive priceand has made life much easier.”

“We were very pleased with the prompt response to our request. The surveyor,Richard Minnswas very thorough, as we have quite a steep staircase. He kept us informed throughout and explained what the installer would be able to doBarry Fox, the installer was equally professional and was very thorough in his explanation and demonstration. Thank you very much for a high quality of service and we are very pleased with the outcome.”

“Excellent service from Norfolk Staitlifts from the initial viewing in the showroom when Richard explained everything so thoroughly and the meticulous survey that followed. The final fitting by Barry was carried out as planned. He did everything that was required, was friendly, and everything was cleaned up afterwards. He then explained everything & made it easy to use. My wife now has a lot more independence about the house.”

“Absolutely delighted with the care and support we were shown when choosing our new stairlift. The team were so obliging and helpful and very caring towards our requirements. The installation was carried out very efficiently and quietly. Afterwards, Kieran the installation engineer ensured that we were confident and able to use the stairlift and understand how the controls work. “The recent installation of our stairlift has greatly improved the quality of our lives. Using the stair lift has lessened the strain on our knees therefore making it easier for us to accomplish our walking and grardening daily activities. “The service from Norfolk Stairlift was excellent. Our staircase was assessed and a firm price given. The stairs were complicated with a 180 degree bend. This was no problem for the company and the stairlift was fitted ahead of scedule. Every one involved was very profesional and freindly/ The fitter explained , carefully, the operation of the lift. It is easy to use as my wife is disabled. The stairlift has transformed her life within the house. I would not hesitate to recommend Norfolk Stairlift for a very profesional service”

“Right from the start Richard was not a 'pushy' salesman, he explained thoroughly what was needed to be done and the costs of everything. He allowed us time to think of our options and even invited us to the showroom so we could see a stairlift in action. On the day the fitter, couldn't of been any better, he was friendly, clean and tidy. He completed the job in the time frame that he said, he also went through everything to do with the stair lift with us before leaving, so we felt confident to use it. We couldn't recommend him enough. Overall with our experience we would highly recommend using Norfolk Stairlifts to anyone who's in need.”
