“We needed a stairlift fairly quickly after my husband had a fall on the stairs. Norfolk stairlifts answered my query quickly and arranged to visit us. Richard explained the options to us clearly and gave us a provisional date for installation just one week later. Kieran did the installation and worked quietly and tidily. He explained how to operate it and my husband was able to try it out. All very efficient and straightforward. Thank you”

Having sent out an engineer on the same day, I’m pleased we were able to confirm all is well with your stairlift and we have stopped the slight noise by applying a little lubrication to the charging contact. “I have MND with both legs largely out of use. Our house is on a number of levels so we have had 2 stairlifts fitter (Otto Air 3000’s). These have transformed my ability to get round the house: otherwise l would have been marooned in one part of the house. Norfolk Stairlifts service has been very good and supportive. Thank you.”

“We had otolift two fitted .very good but seat could be a bit bigger as i am a large man and seat belt holder digs into me.”

“I recently had a stairlift installed by this company.From start to finish the service was excellent. The survey was thorough,the price very reasonable compared to other quotes and the installation by Barry was trouble free. He was polite,friendly and extremely efficient.I have no problem at all with recommending them to any potential buyers.”

“Norfolk stairlift have given us great service from the first visit to the showroom where we had demonstrations of the choices available to the actual installation in our home.Still getting used to it but it is making life much easier.”
