“Brilliant service from initial contact through to installation. No hard sell just left us a quote and said give us a ring if you want to go ahead. Installed quicker than the quoted timescale too.”

“Unfortunately we needed a stairlift very quickly. I contacted Norfolk Stairlifts and could not believe how helpful they were. From my initial telephone conversation with them, they were completely professional and understanding. The surveyor came gave us two choices, no heavy sales he told us to think about it and get back to him when we was ready. They was able to fit the stairlift within a week.excellent installation and demonstrated it before they left. No mess at all I couldn’t recommend them enough Brilliant team”

“Customer support was first class, with Norfolk Stairlifts liaising with Otolift to provide the optimum installation to suit my requirements. The delivery time was good considering the adjustments to be made and the installation was similar quality. Overall I am very happy with my experiance”

“The team provided an informative initial survey and installation went well at a a fair price for a good product. We had two glitches. And ut’s the response to the glitches that c earn the give c star rating. Same day response for silly mistake and same day response and fix for a minor rail alignment issue. Highly recommend Norfolk Stairlifts.”

“I recently had a stairlift installed. I am extremely pleased with it. It was delivered and installed much quicker than I had been told which was pleasing. I found everyone at Norfolk Stairlifts very helpful and professional. I would certainly recommend anyone to get one installed. It is lovely not to have to struggle to get up the stairs anymore.”

“From my first contact with this company the knowledge was exceptionable. Richard the sales manager when he visited my home was very polite and fully understood my partners needs. After giving me a quote we arranged a date of installation and they were able to do this very quickly as my partner was due out of hospital. The fitting of the stair lift only took a few hours and the work was carried out in a very clean and efficient way. I would highly recommened this company to anyone thinking of getting a stairlift installed”

“We honestly didn't think we could have a stairlift because of the layout of our staircase. Norfolk Stairlifts spent hours checking and double checking, and overcame all of the problems. From the first phone enquiry to the stairlift being installed, was just 4 weeks. No regrets whatsoever, the fitting is very neat, and it's silent when in use. Everyone involved, Richard, Nick, Ronnie and Kieran, were very professional, explained everything at every stage and were very kind. Thank you so much Norfolk Stairlifts.”

“STAI cannot recommend Norfolk Stairlifts more highly. Our house is complicated and difficult. The sales manager spent time measuring and taking photos. When went.to the showroom we were able to make an informed choice. I i had a problem aboutb10.00pm one night( my Fault)and annenginee4bcamebstraight out. I wish I had known about them when I bought my other stairlift. A friendly,helpful and an efficient company.”
