Nöa and Nani Review Love this set of bed. My daughter wanted bunks so decided to go with this one and glad we did, the frame is solid. We have family nights in my daughters bedroom watching tv and playing often find myself falling asleep in the bottom bunk. I love that the stairs dont go on the floor so no risk of tripping. 5* from us.

So disappointed with my purchase. We still haven’t received the bed in full and I get an email to ask me to review the bed!? Is this some sort of a joke?! No one to call and talk. They only reply back to emails whenever they feel like. I asked for their complaint procedure a few times no one is coming back to me. They took the money straight away 2 weeks ago. I paid for express delivery which was supposed to be next day but out of 3 boxes, 2 boxes delivered. One box which was containing the bed fences apparently got lost by the transport company! Without the bed fences we can’t build the bed. They slide into the corner posts. They are fundamental part of the structure. Our house turned into a mess. My 6 year old son has been sweeping on the mattress, on the floor since. And their customer service isn’t helping at all. Don’t bother with this company, don’t order from them. Save yourselves stress and hassle. I want people to be aware of what they will be dealing with before ordering. Honestly don’t do it.

Unfortunately this item hasn’t been delivered. It’s been 1 month since ordering. Customer service has been extremely poor! Due to the fact you can’t contact them. Would highly recommend avoiding noa and Nani at all costs.

Ordered Medium. Recived a box that said small on it and when opened table was small not medium. Total joke. I complained and was told box says small, but medium table insid. Utter rubbish and fails advertising. And they won't put right. Miss sold will not use this company again.

A whole box of screws were missing, and despite the automated response of a promised response within 48 hours, I am still waiting for a reply. I can’t find a contact number anywhere on the website, which means I am just left waiting to be able to build my son’s bed. Really unhappy with the customer service, and I can’t comment on the quality of the bed. Maybe if I ever get a response, I will be able to edit this review.

Arrived with no fixtures. Absolutely appalling customer service and after two weeks of trying to resolve, we still have not had the bed collected nor a refund processed. Will never purchase from them again.

The bed is good, sturdy when built etc. however the company not so great. Paid for next day delivery but got it in 3 separate deliveries and finally got the full bed 10/11 days after ordering. You cannot speak to anyone on the phone as they are email only which is ridiculous! If it’s an easy email to reply to you do get a reply pretty quick however when you are querying where items are and not happy with the service it takes about 1-2 days for them just to reply. The delivery company was also arguing with me after the 2nd delivery telling me i had received all the boxes I needed when i knew it wasn’t and clearly had not which was very annoying.

Unfortunately, we were advised by Noa and Nani this would fit the shorty midsleeper bed. It does not, the fittings are too wide of the bed. As you can see from the photo, to wide for the bed.

I have still not received the item (supposed to be delivered on 19th Feb), and have chased a few times and await a response. I do not appreciate being asked to review something I’ve never received. Please get back to me.

Product is fine, company are useless. Don’t have a customer services telephone line, hide behind a computer and then try to blame couriers when a request for replacement is ignored. My child went without a bed for 10days. Don’t waste your money here!

Still haven't received bedside table, a week on from paying £20 named day delivery for it. Sent 2 emails and left 3 answer phone messages and had absolutely no response from this company whatsoever! Customer service is shocking as far as to say non-existent 🙄

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Absolute farce, wish I’d seen more of the reviews first. Having placed an order and received it within 24 hours (that wasn’t brilliantly communicated anyway), we’ve not been able to actually finish building the bed as they sent two of the same boxes, so have two bases and no top to the bed. Communication is incredibly difficult, with no phone number, very hit & miss live chat and poor comms over email. Their couriers aren’t much better either. Having waited in for the delivery of the replacement box they never showed up, even though the tracker showed they were only 1.5 miles down the road at one point! Again communication is appalling, can’t get hold of anyone and unresponsive so far. Meanwhile our daughter continues to sleep on a blow bed whilst we wait to complete hers. Absolute nightmare and would have expected so much more having spent £400.

Wouldn't know, pre ordered in march was told it would arrive in April then got an email to say won't be until end of May. Disappointed.

I still havent received my bed. It was supposed to be back in stock around the 23rd of March and I had to email the team to learn they were only expecting the bed to arrive in the warehouse on the 9th of April but I still have no news on my delivery.

Damaged furniture. No telephone number or live chat available. No response to emails other than automated replies stating customer service will respond within 48 hours, which of course they do not. Still waiting for response. Have not ordered from them before and will not again.

Bought Annika Bistro Set Table with 2 Chairs for £99. One chair arrived broken. Emailed Noa & Nani immediately with 6 photos. The chair wasn’t economically repairable so I disposed of it after waiting ages for a reply. After 3 weeks of wasting my time they bizarrely offered £25 if they collected the broken chair or £15 without returning chair. Like they don’t believe me?!? They certainly wouldn’t repair and resell. No faith they would refund me. Told them to forget refund. Loads of similar bad reviews. Dodgy company. Avoid.

SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE I am extremely unhappy with the lack of customer service from this company. I ordered a mattress for next day delivery on Thursday due for delivery on Friday as my daughters old mattress was due to be collected and disposed of that day. Friday arrived and after initially receiving confirmation of a delivery slot from the courier used by Noa & Nani this was then updated to 'unable to be delivered' I contacted both this company and Noa & Nani and so far have just been fobbed off. We are now Monday evening and I am no further forward with this matter. The courier have confirmed to me that the item has not been given to them by the sender (Noa & Nani) but after contact Noa & Nani on several occasion they keep telling me it has been sent and that this is an issue with the courier. Whilst I appreciate as a gesture of goodwill I have been refunded the next day delivery fee, Noa and Nani are still unable to update me on a guaranteed date for my mattress delivery despite promises both by email and live chat today that this would happen. I have absolutely no confidence is the ability of the company to even dispatch a replacement mattress to me and even if they do they have yet to confirm this. My 5 year old daughter would have been sleeping on the floor for DAYS if it wasn't for the fact that I have had to go out and purchase a air bed for her. I am honestly appalled that I feel the only way to get a resolution is to write a lengthy complaint on here as when I asked to raise a complaint I was advised that this would be looked at by a manager but not until after the matter was resolved?!! MY COMPLAINT RELATES TO THE FACT IT IS NOT RESOLVED SO WHAT USE IS THAT!?

Awful customer service. We began moving into our new home once my children's beds arrived - when building my sons from Nao and Nani we realised the slats were missing. We had to rush out and find slats I let them know and sent them a photo of the receipt, only £20 so probably not worth the same as the companies, you get a different person responding everytime on one email chain it's clear they don't know what going on - finally got a response said there is nothing they can do. Will not be ordering again and if you find yourself having to communicate with them you will be fobbed off.

Wish I'd found this page before buying from them! Awful customer service. Their website clearly states re: cancelling an order that "If the item has not been dispatched then we will process the cancellation and the refund immediately." This is a complete lie. I contacted them after putting my order through to cancel it, and they said they couldn't process the refund. So I now have a chest of drawers I don't want (or I could pay 45 quid to return it - !)

DO NOT BUY FROM NOA AND NANI THEY ATE SCAMMERS. The best way I can describe this company is an absolute shower of s**t. Ordered a bed for our son and over a month later and several emails later we still haven't received it or a refund. We have no idea were the bed or our money is. This company is out to scam people. Trying to contact them via phone is non existent and they rarely reply to emails. Avoid at all costs.

Generally their products are good but if you get an issue it is impossible to resolve it with them. I ordered a bed for my daughter and it came with some of the wrong screws - we contacted them and to be fair, they sent replacements out within a couple of days. However, they sent exactly the same "incorrect screws" out and when I advised them of this they said they would send them again that day - almost a week passed and I hadn't received a tracking number so I chased again and was sent one that showed the DPD collection had only been booked that day and it hasn't updated since. I have tried to get in touch via the phones (they give hold music and then cut out) and I'm no longer getting replies on the email. So my daughter is into week 3 of sleeping on a mattress on the floor and I have no idea when I am going to be able to build the bed
