Nöa and Nani Review Love this set of bed. My daughter wanted bunks so decided to go with this one and glad we did, the frame is solid. We have family nights in my daughters bedroom watching tv and playing often find myself falling asleep in the bottom bunk. I love that the stairs dont go on the floor so no risk of tripping. 5* from us.

“Bed delivered without slats. Complained and told it states in T&C's free delivery can have seperate deliveries. Not experienced this with a company before and would not encourage me to shop with this company again.”

“Product quality is very good, however customer service and the delivery were actually shockingly bad and puts me off ordering. Tried changing the delivery address/ cancelling the order immediately after placing the order yet they couldn't seem to put their brain cells together to do it and still delivered it to my previous address which I then had to take time off work to travel and collect. Very disappointed”

“I usually try to give good reviews but I'm afraid it is rather hard to do so with this company. My experience has not been great, I ordered a triple bunkbed which I am actually really happy with despite the fact that there were 5 screws missing to assemble the base of one of the beds, my children also really love it. However the bunkbed only came with two mattresses when I ordered three. Customer service did notify me that my delivery was a split so I was expecting my item to be delivered the next day especially as I paid extra for next day delivery. Its been a week now and after chasing it up I've been notified that the courier cannot locate the mattress. I was refunded the delivery fee but its just been so frustrating with the lack of communication from customer service, and just sheer incompetence.”

“I ordered the White Single Hampshire bedframe, when delivered we only received the head/footer boards and the slats. I found a customer service number for them but it goes straight to o2 voicemail and they are not responding to my emails. One disappointed toddler here who was looking forward to his first big bed”

“I had an absolutely awful experience with after sales customer service. I have complained directly and revived a £50 refund but didn’t really make up for the huge inconvenience and awful service I received. Will seriously consider purchasing from here again. The produce itself is good though, sturdy and easy to assemble.”

“Purchased Canterbury bench, supposed to be 157cm Iength, the one that I received was 115cm...also pair of Canterbury chairs arrived which were seconds, no instructions, missing parts, and a broken action man figure inside the box...Raised this with online chat, one cut me off. The second said they would raise it with their management team...Still awaiting a response, still have a smaller bench that rather than the one specified, and one of a pair of chairs still has missing parts....Overall, I love the table, and furniture, not so much the action man figure. Disappointed with the communication, with being sold second hand furniture. Still waiting for a resolve.”

“I have not received my item despite paying for named delivery. I have emailed using the contact option on the website and over 24 hours later I still have no reply. No item received and no communication!”
