Nöa and Nani Review Love this set of bed. My daughter wanted bunks so decided to go with this one and glad we did, the frame is solid. We have family nights in my daughters bedroom watching tv and playing often find myself falling asleep in the bottom bunk. I love that the stairs dont go on the floor so no risk of tripping. 5* from us.

I order a bed online and was delighted with a really quick delivery. But when it arrived the delivery men told me that there was part of the order missing. I contacted the company who asked me what part was missing, there was numerous boxes so I had no way of knowing this unless I started building the bed. So this is what we did and discovered the head and the foot of the bed was missing. I contacted the company again to tell them this who then asked me to send pictures of all the boxes so they could see what one they had to send. The boxes were in the bin as they had asked me to work out what was missing. I waited a few more days and still no response. I have send messages to them numerous times. Eventually I have had a response saying the bed is now out of stock so it will have to be arranged for it to be returned. The customer service has been terrible, takes an age for them to reply if at all only for them then to ignore you again for days until you chance them up. I have now had a half built bed in my toddlers room for over 2 weeks, causing so much disruption and I am still waiting for some resolution.

I ordered a single bed for my son and it came with a few days which was great. That weekend we went to assemble and we had missing parts for the bead and foot of the bed so rang and it went straight to VM. To date, I have left 3 VM, 1 message via Facebook and 2 emails and I still have heard nothing 4 days on so my son is still sleeping on a mattress.

I ordered a bed frame with a mattress and paid £30 for next day delivery as I had moved to a new place and needed to do my child’s room up. Despite paying the next day delivery charge the first time, my order was delivered to my billing address ! I then had to email to cancel the order which wasn’t an easy thing to do as they couldn’t deliver it to my shipping address. I then had to make another order and again paid the hefty next day delivery charge which I think is absolutely disgusting. I received my bed frame and the mattress is still missing. It has been a week and the customer service team seem to just be taking this lightly. My child now is sleeping on the floor. What is the point of having a next day delivery option. There’s only one way to get into contact with these guys and even that, they reply 2 days later! There’s no tracking system and even after making an account with them whilst ordering I am unable to track anything because the website just doesn’t seem to work. I will never recommend this site to anyone. They are not helpful at all. And the next day delivery charge is ridiculous!! I paid £30 to get half of my order the next day. Pathetic ! If I could give this company a 0 star I would.

Bought two bedside tables. Please with ordering, and swift delivery. Both of the drawer fronts were faulty. Five emails later, not even an acknowledgement and no reply.Do NOT deal with this firm, they have no customer service and the phone goes straight to answer and messages no nowhere. Beware!

I ordered a triple bunk bed and I have only received the slats. I have emailed with no response and there is no other way to contact them. I received an email today from the same delivery company that delivered the slats saying a delivery would be made today but no delivery! Disgraceful communication and I will be taking this further if I don’t receive my order.

We ordered an item nearly 3 weeks ago. No one told us when to expect delivery or updated us at all. Then I received an email stating we had missed delivery which was impossible as I was in the house at all times. I have tried unsuccessfully to contact both this company and the delivery company multiple times over the last few days but I have had no response from anyone. Today I have found out that the delivery company has damaged the item though again no contact and no one updating us. Do not use this company!! No phone numbers, live chat is constantly unavailable and no response to emails. Now I have to work out how to get my money back and explain to my little boy why he’s not getting his pirate bed as promised!!!

I wish I could give negative remarks because I haven’t receive the complete order. I have to contact the customer services on the daily basis and yet no response. I only received 15 slats and fabric tent order placed on 29/12. Still awaiting to get the rest of my cabin bed frame. I don’t know what sort of delivery service they use. Unacceptable behaviour and service. If you do not want stress than won’t recommend this seller. My son’s room is in mess, everything. I ordered received from other resources but not the bed frame !!!! From this seller. I hope I am heard

Hallway furniture turned up so good swift delivery opened item and it had some damage have emailed them many times and left answer phone messages and sent tx messages and not even a courtesy reply contacted Klarna who take payments for Nao Nani and was told they would log in and told to wait until end of month to see if they get back to me (what a wonderful experience) I still await your reply thanks

I ordered a shoe storage unit a few weeks ago. When it arrived a piece was damaged so I emailed them...several times and they haven't acknowledged any! I sent a message on Messenger (Facebook) and no response to that either)! I have tried calling them but keep getting their answer machine. I did manage a brief live chat two days ago and proceeded to email them again with the information they requested and haven't had a reply to that either. I am still trying to contact them or rather get a response from them but failing miserably. I would not recommend buying anything from this company as the Customer Service is non existent!!

I didn't receive my order as I cancelled it,I ordered on the 4th paid for a delivery date and you choose the day of delivery to tell me its out of stock. shocking service,you should have checked the stock after I purchased better yet make sure to have stock in first so nobody can purchase and make the same mistake.

Awful customer service, only received half the bed and still awaiting a reply from customer services in regard to how they will resolve the issue despite several unanswered emails. Do not use this company!!!

Absolutely shocking customer service. Only got half a bed and send 15 emails 2 reply’s off them and stil waiting on other parts which they said they sent it out but the tracking number is invalid! My poor daughter is sleeping on a mattress on floor for 4 weeks

If I could rate 0 stars then I would. Ordered bunk beds & 2 mattresses ...... over a week later I am waiting on 1 of the mattresses and a response as to when the essential bed frames needed to put the bed together will arrive. Dreadful customer service, issues not being dealt with in timely manner. Right now I am not recommending anyone use this company.

Shocking customer service paid for next day delivery to receive the item 3days later I received no email for proof of purchase. I have also sent emails to try to get a refund for next day delivery an not received 1 reply.

I ordered the kids white toy box. When it arrived it had a chip out of it. When assembling it, the wooden peg burst through at 2 sides as it had been drilled too close to the edge by whoever made it. I contacted customer service immediately and was offered a very small discount and told I must sign a disclaimer that I would not leave a review about the product or company. I refused to do this and advised I would like the parts replaced. After weeks of emails back and forward they want me to dismantle the toy box and send photos to decide if they will then look in to replacing the faulty parts. The toy box would be ruined if I did this due to the faulty workmanship and they havent even confirmed that they would definitely replace the parts. It was 100 pounds wasted. Customer service is awful and the toy box is really bad quality. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Absolute joke this company. Returned an item for a refund getting different emails from different staff asking for tracking information. Re-sent attachments to them again on the 06/10/2020 asked for case to be escalated to a manager leaving my contact number. No phone call or email but another stupid email asking me how I got on with the tracking information, even though it clearly stated that the parcel was delivered to their warehouse on the 30/09/2020 at 09.00am in Maidstone. So they have the parcel yet cannot find it. Absolutely disgusting customer service. I would strongly urge anyone not to purchase from these guys. No wonder they do not have a customer service number as it is clear that they do not know the first thing about delivering it. Should be thankful they got 1 star though I wish the scale for these had a zero as that is what they would get. All of my inconvenience for my time responding to their stupid emails. Go elsewhere for furniture purchases guys. William Gallagher

Ordered a bed that came damaged in various places and I mean heavily damaged, they sent out a replacement but then sent a headboard and side panels for a bed that I hadn’t ordered and slats for the bed I originally ordered. Still haven’t had my problem rectified, when emailing due to no phones asked for a manger to email me but said they wouldn’t pass it to a manager until the issue has been resolved yet I am still waiting for this to happen, would never order from these again or advise it either!!’

Absolutely shocking company to deal with, we have purchased two items from this company to find that they sent the wrong item on two separate occasions with parts missing. The second purchase has resulted in 33 emails being sent in an attempt to resolve the issue only to be told to de-assemble a chest of draw unit, repackage and have returned to Noa and Nani and a new chest will be sent, I'm missing two plastic draw inserts that prevent my from building the chest of draws. Please read other reviews of this company and make your decision to purchase based on other consumers experiences. As yet the matter has not been resolved and I've now taken to raise my issue with Kent Trading Standards, them seem totally disinterested to speak with me, the only means of communication is via email which I find wholly unreasonable and acceptable. ** *DO NOT RISK PURCHASING FORM THIS COMPANY, THE ONLY WORD I WOULD USE IS COWBOYS***

Shocking customer service, the bed comes from another company JadeBay. I ordered this bed on Wednesday 9th September and paid for next day delivery (which would have been Friday 11th.) I am still waiting to receive the bed 18th September. I have had numerous conversations with customer service and have been promised it will be delivered over and over it is finally due on the 21st September. I paid for next day delivery! They have refunded, however I could go on website and order this bed to be delivered tomorrow. They are making me wait and I have had to contact the deliver company. They have sent me the overlay and bed slats with a different delivery company. Why not the whole order! I would 100% not recommend.

I ordered a 5 drawer chest of drawers for my bedroom. My partner built them over 3 hours to find there were a number of faults on the furniture and the top two drawers in particular didn’t line up, so they looked cheap and nasty. The after service was absolutely appalling. I was initially offered a small discount to keep the furniture which I declined; the customer service team made it almost impossible for me to return the furniture. I was informed that the furniture had to be screwed down again and flat packed exactly as I had received it. I explained that the boxes weren’t fit to return the furniture and asked whether I could be supplied with a box but I was told to go to my local supermarket to get some, I tried this but supermarkets and hardware stores destroy and flatten boxes then recycle, plus nothing was big enough for a large chest of drawers that has taken hours to build, then screw down again. I asked for a complaint address - I was refused and it’s so far taken over 10 emails of conversation. You can’t ring to speak to anyone, only email. My sister was going to purchase some furniture but I advised her to avoid. If the item is faulty there is no after service at all. I have no idea how my issue will be resolved. Very disappointed. Please avoid and purchase elsewhere.
