Nöa and Nani Review Love this set of bed. My daughter wanted bunks so decided to go with this one and glad we did, the frame is solid. We have family nights in my daughters bedroom watching tv and playing often find myself falling asleep in the bottom bunk. I love that the stairs dont go on the floor so no risk of tripping. 5* from us.

Actually beyond brassed off with my aftercare . Ordered a bed for my partially disabled son and the footbed a the end was missing. Contacted your services and disgusted at still no resolution. First response was oh it does not include a headboard or foot board days later . Yes it does have you checked and opened your boxes ? Well of course I had or I would not be missing it . Son is sleeping with me and my husband. I contacted trading standards and will be calling them again if it's not dealt with . Reviews on this company are on par with the treatment I've received. I've no words but avoid avoid avoid

The bed arrived a day early with no communication meaning the delivery was missed. I had to source additional screws for the bed at my own inconvenience and cost which was very disappointing. Customer service is non-existent with replies, if any, being received days later. I will never order from this company again and wished I’d have shopped from a well-known company instead of taking the risk!

No one replies to emails. You can only contact them by email as they have no phone number. Suspicious company with lots of bad reviews received already. Just look on trustpilot. Believe me just save your money and order from somewhere else. I’m still waiting for missing pieces!

One of two parcels arrived (still waiting for the parcel containing the ned slats) ..... broken step on ladder. No reply to calls or emails. We have a very sad little girl who can’t use her new bed!

I have no issue with the product itself, but please think twice before using this company - they are horrendous to try to deal with. It took 4 deliveries over several weeks for me to receive my item in full. The company will not take calls, and will take 4-6 days to issue evasive responses to customer emails. Once Noa & Nani have your money, you will be completely at their mercy. Now I've followed your vague instructions and posted my review and picture, can I have my £50 cashback without a further fight please Noa & Nani?

I've only received half my order. No slats for a bed!! Kinda defeat the purpose of a bed! So have a bed frame completely useless and you can't tell me if or when I'm expected to receive the slats because of covid-19 = poor excuse in my book. Plenty of other companies have still been able to communicate effectively and efficiently. Why do you continue to push web sales when you can't deal with current orders? Have already reported to my bank and also trading standards. #Complaint #poorservice #badservice #unhelpful #stayaway

Bought Oliver sleep station for my son, it was a lot more expensive than other options. Bed arrived but no mattress. Bed was delivered by a company called panther, they blamed Jade Bay, who’s customer service number just said mail box full, as did noa and Nani’s phone number. Very disappointing. Spending that kind of money you expect good service as well as good product. Took my sons old bed to pieces this morning so rather than a new bed to sleep in tonight it will be a mattress on the floor :( no one knows when the mattress will be delivered, so so bad. I wish I’d read the reviews of this company prior, I would have thought twice about buying from them

Two weeks and still waiting for the delivery of the mattress, they have only delivered the bed which is, of course, no use without the mattress!!!

The service of this place is appalling, not only they don't have a direct contact number for customers to call and enquire about orders placed but they do very little to correct mistakes or assist customers with their purchases. I ordered the Kara single bed and the deluxe mattress that goes with it two weeks ago and they have only delivered the bed, I am still waiting for the mattress to be delivered! Also, the bed is not the colour I wanted and even though I informed them of this error on the same day the order was made they've done very little, if not close to nothing to help me fix this mistake. Awful customer service!

My bed slats didn’t arrive. I did not realise until I’d taken down their old bed and started building the new one. I could not get hold of anyone to request new slats so I had to buy a new bed from elsewhere. I am now waiting for some contact to arrange for them to collect the old one as my children couldn’t use their room. This business are happy to take your money but do not respond to emails in an acceptable time

I ordered this bed and have only received part of my order, the headboards and footboards of the bed are currently missing. The bed is supposed to come in 4 packages and packages 1, 3 and 4 arrived. No sign of parcel 2. I contacted Noa and Nani a number of times and had only one email reply stating that it should have been delivered. It hasn’t. In fact, I have had now had extensive conversations with Parcelforce who have confirmed that only 3 parcels were given to the courier when there should have been 4 . Therefore one element was clearly not sent by Noa and Nani but currently I have no reply or response from them to confirm they are rectifying this issue and no means of contact other than emailing and waiting days for a reply. I am still missing the crucial headboards and footboards and the bed is currently unable to be built and not fit for purpose and therefore in breach of the Sales of Goods Act. Their phone line is diverted to a mobile that does not take messages throughout lockdown, and they take at least 4 days to respond to emails. It is a terrible service I have received, and currently I have no resolution nor a buildable Product. Their lack of Response Speaks Volumes as to how they value their customers.

Horrendous company to deal with! Only received part of my order - #84395 (WEB84395), and after 2 further attempts to get the remaining parts to me, I am still missing some crucial fixings. Their phone line was diverted to a mobile that could not take messages throughout lockdown, and they take an average of 4 days to respond to emails. Having suggested I would be offered compensation for the terrible service I'd received, it became apparent they were unwilling to put a figure on this until I'd given them a further unspecified amount of time to send me the missing parts. Their unwillingness to communicate properly and to put things right, drove me to the point where I had to put deadline for them to offer their resolution, after which point they could take my email as a rejection of their product & refund me for my purchase. This appears to be their preferred option, as for once, I received a relatively quick response to tell me I would need to re-package their items, take photos of it and let them know when it's ready to be collected. Having received responses from 3 different support agents throughout this month long battle, it's clear that this company was largely unaffected by the COVID lockdown, and that they are just completely inept, arrogant and money-grabbing game-players

Avoid! Terrible customer service. Table arrived damaged, quality was poor, cheap and wobbly, sent back, still no refund received weeks later. Cannot get in touch, avoiding my emails. Calls go to an o2 inbox with no option to leave message. Total con artists.

I'm hoping to perhaps get some attention from your customer support team. I'm sure the bed is lovely, but I'm still waiting for it. Order #80954 placed April 20th. 2 boxes of 4 delivered on 22nd April. Since then we have sent perhaps 15 emails to customer service (phone lines down) and STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED FULL ORDER. Box 3 of 4 arrived yesterday, but box 4 still hasn't been shipped and I can't seem to get customer services to understand this. We had no notification that the order wasn't delivered in full, so had dismantled our kids old beds to build the new one, so they've been huddled together in 1 spare bed for 2 weeks. PLEASE can someone send the final box??? Happy to do a proper review once we have the bed - please someone just finish our order or come and take this away and I will order from Dunelm instead.

Awful customer service. I ordered a bed for 549, they didn't have the bed and offered the same bed without the underbed for 471 after a "discount" even though the bed is on their website for 449. Avoid at all costs!

Atrocious. Delivered to wrong address and didn't tell us. Delivered without a mattress and with the wrong bed slats. Then delivered a second mattress instead of slats. Awful customer service. Over 6 weeks later we still have an unusable bed.

I have still not received my item 2 weeks after placing my order. I have been in email contact with the company and keep being told they will check with the courier. However there tracking number I have been provided shows that the item has never left the sender and has now been cancelled. I am very unhappy about this service and will never use nor recommend this company in the future.

I purchased two hall cabinets but upon arrival my better half decided to change her mind. I rang Noa and Nani to find that I would have to source and pay for the return if said items. I inquired what if they were faulty; I was then informed that if that were the case photos etc would be expected. The up shot is they don't want you to return the items. You bought it your stuck with it. I have sourced a courier, but with insurance and additional charges (unless they wont even quote you) I have had to outlay a further £60 to send the unwanted items back. I will never order from Noa and Nani ever again. This is the kind of customer service where companies fail to understand about repeat business. In the short term, yes, they have made a quick buck, but in the long term, where I would have been a repeat customer spending disposable income, unfortunately I wont now.

The customer service and delivery information have been poor at best. Very unsatisfied customer. E-mailed the company to relay my feelings of my purchase and it still has not been resolved. Will not be using this company again.
