“This was a great experience from beginning to end. The varifocals I purchased were perfect in the 'sighting' of distances and good lenses. The staff are helpful and knowledgable. Highly recommended.”

“Absolutely amazing top quality service and products. Will use no one else now! I got better quality lenses for £50.00 than I did from village opticians for £275.00. My frames were re-glazed and returned to me within a week and they sorted out a problem with my prescription in that time to. Super friendly staff who were so helpful. Will continue to recommend to everyone I know.”

“I sent a frame on the 31/01/19 with a simple prescription and a tint. I was told this would take 7/10 days. 21 days later and lots of excuses I'm still not any closer to receiving my glasses. I had to inform them today that unless things improved I would take legal action. This is not a company to be trusted.”

Hi Danny, I'm very sorry for the delay with your order. As we have discussed, your order is not straight forward - they are high index lenses with a very specific tint percentage which needs to be combined with the various coatings. We have had to send this order off to a specialist coatings lab in order to complete the job which is very unusual. We hope you understand and we're very sorry again for the delay. Kind regards.

“100% recommend. I sent some old frames to be re-glazed that had a complete change in prescription (I was lenses for myopia, when my eyes are infact hyperopic!) Despite the great change in lenses, my order only took 3-4 days! So pleased. Will be sending another 3-4 glasses their way now! Some old frames I'd like transition lenses in and some others I'd like as sunglasses. Fantastic service, extremely quick, great pricing.”

“This is my third set of frames that I have had reglazed. My prescription is not an easy one and I like varifocals. New lenses have never let me down, The speed and ease of order plus the quick return and perfect lenses....... couldn’t be happier and saved me hundreds in comparison to quotes I’d been given by my optician.”

“Very good quality and service. A bit bigger than I expected, but thats my fault. Best if you can try the frames first. Website was a little confusing in that I wasn't sure if two pairs or one would arrive - in fact two were supplied as per the offer. I seem to recall the prescription options were a bit unclear too.”

“I decided to have my (spare) specs re-glazed with my recent prescription online and the reason I picked New Lenses was due to the fact that their website looks very professional and the prescription page is very easy to fill in. I made sure I checked it at least 6 times before submitting! I waited just over a week for them (including the weekend) as they were varifocals but I couldn't be happier. I could tell - just by looking at them out of the packaging, that the lenses were high quality, very clear to look through with the added bonus they go DARKER than my previous lenses from a High Street opticians (one of the big two). They also block out harmful UV rays..the list is a mile long of the features I have on these lenses..for less money. I shall recommend New Lenses to Mum as I know she would benefit from the higher quality lenses, especially outdoors. I am so grateful and proud that the lenses are made right here in the UK. Thank you so much!”

“Not happy with the lenses, not according to prescription, the INTER +1.25 R and L was not added, in spite of it being included in the details under notes. This is carelessness, and sloppy. Needed these glasses urgently, and therefore was not able to send them back to be redone. Am now stuck with glasses not done according to given prescription. Not worth getting glasses online. mistakes create too much hassle sending them back and forth. Wiser to visit premises, pay a little more. These can be redone, and problem explained. Pity they were not done right first time. Will not use this company again. Sorry.”

We made your lenses precisely as per the order, unfortunately you didn't specify intermediate lenses so we didn't use the intermediate addition on your prescription.
