“I had a problem with my elderly frames, which broke while being re-lensed. New Lenses re-lensed two other pairs for me free of charge, and also fitted new lenses to a replacemnet set of frames I found some time later - again, free. Excellent service.”

“I did a reglaze. The service was quick and I asked for gradual tint which was not on their advertised options but they were able to do this for me. Communication was fast, will def use them again!”

“I couldn't add a buy one get one free to my basket every time I tried it just wanted to charge me full price so ended up with one pair instead of two. It needs to be made easier to get the offers but they are great quality”

“I searched for weeks to find a company to fit replacement lenses into Rayban frames. Newlenses were extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. My order of transitions Xtractive lenses was completed quickly and I am delighted with the result. They are extremely competitive …this order would have cost several hundreds of pounds more at a high street opticians. I highly recommend this company.”

“I wanted to keep my frames so lenses were changed at 50% of the price charged by a leading company that purports to "save" you money. Process was fairly smooth and glasses came back with new prescription and with the old lenses included. Communication could perhaps be improved. I was aware that glasses had been delivered but I was unaware of what went on after this. After I contacted the company my glasses arrived back after two days.”

“A lot of opticians a bit sniffy about putting new lenses in old frames - so nice to find an easy and cost effective way of doing that. Easy to sort out on line and time frame not too bad in terms of getting finished glasses back. Tested with one pair which went reallywell, so now sent a second pair off.”

“Reached out to Newlenses to replace a single glass lens with high refractive index. Glasses returned promptly and delighted with the result. Only complaint would be to Royal Mail ‘48 hours signed for’ which never acknowledged delivery and was 8 days before Newlenses received the glasses. Maybe review your carrier.”

“I’ve used this service before a few times and every time it’s been perfect - communication is excellent and this has saved me so much money . I bought my glasses online and used new lenses the saving was over 200 . I will always use you as the glasses take a matter of a week”
