“Great service, great communication throughout. One tip tho, don’t send your glasses in by courier as they can’t delier to PO Boxes, but Newlenses even went and picked my glasses up from the post office and soon enough I had fantastic reading glasses perched on the end of my nose! Will definitely be using them again.”

“A leap of faith that worked out very well indeed for me. I had considered using an online service many times and the number of good reviews for Newlenses gave me the push I needed. Having placed and paid for my order online, I mailed my specs with a copy of my prescription and got my renewed specs back in two weeks. I have varifocals, and the lower cost enabled me to up the specification, thinner lenses with a wider field of view, rapid chromatic change, and the usual anti-scratch and glare. I made one enquiry on the progress and got a reply by email very quickly, and my specs a few days later. To sum up, I'm very pleased with my glasses, it took less time than a high street optician and saved a bunch of money too.”

“I ordered the thinnest varifocals with transition lenses. The glasses arrived very quickly. They are of good quality and much less expensive than the high street opticians. Comminication was excellent throughout and the staff most helpful in answering my questions. I would definitely recommend Newlenses.”

“I have now had four pairs of glasses re-glazed by new Lenses. One pair for reading...one for driving...one for watching TV with a light tint and the fourth pair for walking/driving with a dark tint. I am delighted with them and the service they have provided. I will definitely be using them in the future! Thank you for your excellent service!”

“This has been a very good experience with NewLenses, possibly my best online customer purchase. There was a problem with my old glasses, NL tried to solve it and when it looked hopeless offered me choice of any frames on their site with new lenses upto my previous specification. Kept me informed through out and no quibbles. Well done. Mel”
