“This is the second time I have used Newlenses, I was impressed first time so I thought I would try them again following a change in my prescription. I was able to email them to discuss these changes and was reassured that they would be able to reglaze an old frame that i had. The whole experience was extremely swift and easy, so again, a very happy customer! Did I mention extremely cost efficient when comparted to High Street Opticians?”

“Very Very Good - sent a pair of glasses to have new lens fitted - they were back with me, in less than a week. The lens they fitted, were a perfect fit and matched my prescription. Really couldn't get any better - post to them, they fit new lens, they post back - less than a week to get them back!”

“Delighted with the great personal service I received from this company. I gave them a tough re-glazing job with a prescription outside normal limits. Andy confirmed in a couple of emails that they could help with a special order and I've now received the glasses which give excellent vision.”

“Just saw some nice frames but needed by prescription lenses in. My friend told me about this service. I was a little worried about spending 90 quid on lenses. But I needn't have worried for them on and they are fab. Will deffo do again”

“I had a problem with my elderly frames, which broke while being re-lensed. New Lenses re-lensed two other pairs for me free of charge, and also fitted new lenses to a replacemnet set of frames I found some time later - again, free. Excellent service.”

“I searched for weeks to find a company to fit replacement lenses into Rayban frames. Newlenses were extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. My order of transitions Xtractive lenses was completed quickly and I am delighted with the result. They are extremely competitive …this order would have cost several hundreds of pounds more at a high street opticians. I highly recommend this company.”
