“Have been using new lenses for some time now and have to say they are simply superb, turn around in super quick time and never had any problems with my orders. Hassle free and at a great price professionly dealt with. A+++ all the way!!”

“My lenses took just over 14 days to come - but in all fairness, it was a curved frame and polarised lenses. I am glad to say that they were worth the wait - really good finish of glazing and high quality lens for the money.”

“Great service and quality of work, I couldn’t be happier! They re glazed my glasses perfectly, and with the thinest lenses possible (I have high prescription around -9). I reccomand them very much! I was truly lost without glasses, and their customer service is been of great help, and their re glazing time was very quick. Thank you so much!”

“Sent my glasses a few times to have them reglazed and the servicewas great. Got back the glasses on time. When there was an issue they were quick to respond and resolved the issue right away.”

“The customer service was great. However the lenses were not. If you have a more complicated prescription they are not able to make the lenses correctly as they don’t ask for all the measurements required. I suggest they add a line saying if you have a more Complicated prescription we do not recommend using our service! Would save some time. I did get a full refund.”

Hi, many thanks for taking the time to provide feedback. We are very experienced with complex prescriptions, having 35+ years of lens manufacturing behind us. Unfortunately in this case we didn't have a chance to determine what the issue was, sometimes (rarely) issues occur and we'll always do everything we can to resolve any issues. In this case we provided a full refund as requested, which of course we're happy to do. I'm glad you found our customer service was great, we always strive to put the customer first. “The glasses I ordered came quickly and I am really pleased with them. Although they are one of the less expensive models they fit perfectly and look just as good as the ones from a well known chain of Opticians. I have already recommended a friend to have a look at Newlenses.co.uk”
