“Exceptional service! As an optical dispenser I was extremely specific in which particular brand and range of varifocal I wanted as a first time wearer. I received them just over 1 week later! Wow! The glazing was done exceptionally well, the interaction with the team throughout was prompt, informative and very pleasant! From the moment I put my varifocals on for the 1st time I adapted instantly (literally within a couple of minutes) I strongly recommend NewLenses as an alternative to the highstreet. My varifocals worked out to be over £100 cheaper than what I was quoted on the highstreet and the quality of lens I ordered far exceeded the lower standard quality I was offered by highstreet well known opticians that would have cost me more. Great job to the team! I will never go anywhere else now that I have experienced New Lenses A little advice from a professional perspective... if you are supplying your own frame for varifocals get the heights and mono PDs taken at the time of your sight test. It doesnt cost you anything and it helps the lab techs when glazing your frame! Fantastic job! Worth every penny and keeps more money in the pocket than to go anywhere else!”

“The process was easy all done online but I suggest you have a second pair handy as it took 10 working days to get them back. But saying that I must have saved £200 so it was worth the wait.”

“Good service, prompt in returning finished glasses. My old frames were in good condition so there didn’t seem to be any reason not to reuse them and the cost was significantly less than buying new!”

“This company is just incredible for online spectacles reglazing. I find them responsive and super efficient. This is my second reglazing by New Lenses. “Excellent service, I'm really happy with the new lenses, less than 10 days between my sending the glasses and them being returned (in time for Christmas!). The only improvement I'd suggest is an email to say that the glasses had been received after I'd sent them, but otherwise I'm very very happy.”

“Waited just over a week on my new Henleys varifocal glasses. Over the moon. Cheaper and better quality than my usual highstreet brand. My highstreet brand ALWAYS fall to bits after 6 months. These are sturdy and stylish and I can actually see properly for a change Win, win.... Thank you.”

“Just bought I guess our 7 or 8th pair of glasses from Newlenses. Ober the last few years oth my wife and I have had glasses re-lensed and only once did we have slight problem but that was because the glasses were unusually large like safety glasses. But newlenses worked at it until we were satisfied. A brilliant company and we would strongly recommend them.”

“Excellent service, after my mother had lost 2 pairs in her care home I needed to have her old glasses with a new prescription. They arrived within a few days can't recommend enough. I will be sending another pair of old frames shortly to be done. Can never have too many spares.”
