I sent a frame on the 31/01/19 with a simple prescription and a tint. I was told this would take 7/10 days. 21 days later and lots of excuses I'm still not any closer to receiving my glasses. I had to inform them today that unless things improved I would take legal action. This is not a company to be trusted.
