“I ordered a reglaze for my Ray Ban frames, when the glasses were sent back the lense fit into the frame was appalling, i sent them back on the 20th November 2018 and now on the 3rd January 2019 still waiting for them to be returned, appalling service.”

Thankyou for the feedback and our sincere apologies for the issue with the order. We offered to replace the varifocal lenses to resolve the issue. The turnaround time is longer for these complex lenses and unfortunately one of the replacement lenses was damaged and had to be re-ordered. This, coupled with longer timings over Christmas resulted in this delay. I’m pleased you accepted our offer of providing a complimentary pair of glasses as a good will gesture and I hope we have the chance to demonstrate our normal high-quality service in the future.

“I was very impressed by Newlenses! My local opticians, said they wouldn't put replacement lenses in old frames, well their loss! I sent my favourite frames to Newlenses to have replacement lenses put in just before Christmas, I was really amazed at the quick turn around, they arrived back before Christmas. Very pleased with the new lenses. Would definitely use again and would recommend.”

“Sent my metal framed specs for a varifocal reglaze 2weeks before Christmas, they arrived back a few days before the 25th, very pleased with them. Their customer service also very good. Will recommend to friends. Many thanks, Peter.”

“This is the second time Ive had used the re-glaze service, following a prescription change fro my glasses. My lenses always cost over £300, as its a tricky prescription....lots of short sight and plenty of astigmastsm ! I went for the Platinum thinnest, lightest possible choice for my type, I also always have Transitions as it really helps my sight in all weathers. I not only saved alot of money, but the vision out of my new lenses is just superb, and once again I am very very happy.”

“Excellent service, good communication, I ordered 2 pairs of premium varifocal lenses to fit to my own frames, delivery time took around a week, the quality of the lenses and vision were just as good as my previous varifocal lenses which I bought from high street shop and I saved total of £140 for 2 pairs of varifocal lenses(after extra 10% discount),very pleased.”

“I was so pleased with the whole experience, I use readers from £3:99 to £5:00 ish and Specsavers want to charge 40 to 70 pounds for the same quality glasses. These glasses from newlenses cost me under 20 pounds and would have cost around 70 pounds on the high street. I am very happy with this service, quick and easy. Love my glasses and right now love everyone at newlenses.co.uk”

“The re-framing service was very easy to use. They were very prompt on keeping me up to date with the progress and the whole service took approx. 4 working days. The quality was pretty good, but my lenses were sent back quite loose and I've since had to take them into another store to fix. Value for money.”
