Poor service. Ordered a fleece 23/3, advised despatched 26/3 (delivery stated as 3-7 working days). The tracking link continued to state 'tracking not available' but I waited a while in view of Easter in case it was held up and then emailed to chase 8/4 as the item had not arrived. I have not had any sort of reply from customer services. I was about to phone and chase but tried the tracking link again on 10/4 and it then showed the item had just been received by the carrier - it finally arrived 12/4. My conclusion is that it was never sent and it was then actioned following my email; I do understand that mistakes can happen but in the absence or any explanation or apology I won't be using Nevisport again.

I used Nevisport because their price was good, however the service is not that great. 5 days after I had purchased the item I still hadn’t received a dispatch notice. I phoned them and they said they didn’t have them in stock so they would have to come from a different supplier. About 10 mins after I put the phone down I got a dispatch notice. I feel like if I hadn’t have rang, they still wouldn’t have been dispatched. The item I was buying was a gift so I had put in my office address as the delivery address, however for some reason it was delivered to my billing address. The invoice inside the package even had the delivery address as my office. I emailed them about a week ago and still no one has come back to me about it.

Still awaiting 1 of my 3 items and got 2 of 1 of them so have the pain of returning that now as well as still awaiting Berghaus Men's Prism Guide InterActive Jacket JUNGLE JEWEL JET BLACK L SKU: MAFLFLZZ0750_J3J_00L its a shame as it is a great company with lovely staff just issues with the online ordering system

I have a pair of sawtooth midi, similar to men’s in size 6, which are sturdy with good support. I have now bought a pair of OBOZ WOMENS KATABATIC MID WATERPROOF WALKING BOOT MINERAL 6 and was unpleasantly surprised by the quality of the materials. The top is cheap thin material and the nose of the shoe has little in the way of protection. I would like Oboz to make men’s and women’s hiking boots of same material as. There is also little support despite them being midi.

I ordered a pair of boots online. There was no confirmation of the order sent and no email recipt at the point of sale. I then re ordered via a different payment option (PayPal) rather than debit card. A few hours later l got confirmation of 2 pairs of boots ordered. I called first thing the following morning to speak to customer service. No answer! I continued to call all day but no answer! I have now been charged for 2 pairs of boots. Very frustrating

I ordered a pair of running tights. They arrived looking used and not in the manufacturer's packaging but I was relying on this shipment so had to use them. The order was late shipping and there was no communications so I was rather anxious. All in all a very dismal performance and I shall not use Nevisport again.

Must have been a busy time of year as there was no communication from them for a week after the order was placed and I was waiting for some delivery news, so I emailed.. they replied saying that some of the order was the order was no longer in stock but the rest had been sent (useless for me) .. I tried to call.. no response... so I emailed asking to chat to see if I could change the order.. another useless e-mail... very disappointed.

The site crashed 3 times but still rang through 3 jackets. Only 1 verification Email So I subsequently had to send 2 back , even the one in transit Nuisance going to the post office and cost me £7

I ordered a jacket online as the price seemed very competitive. Unfortunately when it arrived it was a different style to what was pictured on the website. I tried to call their customer support number several times over a couple of days but it just rang out. I eventually took the item back to my nearest store who arranged for it to be returned and my refund was back with me in a couple of days. On a side note, the store were not overly complimentary of the online service and advised that their online customer service team only consisted of 1 person. Overall I’d say their prices are reasonable but the customer service is poor.

Gloves received promptly. But faulty with cuff tensioner missing on one glove. 2 emails and multiple unanswered calls later, still no reply. I don't think I should have to pay to return. I hope you will get in touch soon.

I have not received my order which was a Christmas present. The post man took it back to post office cos I was at work and he didn't leave it. When I went to the post office to pick it up they had not got it. I have had the post office looking for it and it seems to have vanished. They can't find it. So I've paid for something I haven't received. Very very upset about this. I won't be buying off line again
