Shoe size I ordered was too big, sent them back over 14 days ago still waiting for refund.

Placed order on 5th Dec, received on 9th Jan. Didn’t receive tracking information until I called customer services to enquire. Initially I was asked to resolve with Parcelforce, who had cited insufficient address details, though NevisSport confirmed I had given correct details. I had to press for resolution, which was successful in the end. Positives - I could call a number, it was answered quickly, I spoke to a real human, we resolved it cordially; happy with product. Ask of NevisSport - more proactivity in resolving issue. Would I shop with NevisSport again - yes

Received my scarpa boots quickly after Christmas. Was holding of wearing them but thought today is the day and put them on for my lunchtime walk today for the first time. Was really excited as had saved up for them. Well how gutted was I to feel my left foot getting cold and wet while on my walk. It appears that the left boot has a tear right where the leather meets the rubber base of the shoe. Not nice to feel in-6 weather. Absolutely gutted.

I placed an order for Rab power stretch leggings and 2 T-shirts . I only ordered the shirts to get me over the free postage mark. The shirts arrived and then I was informed that the leggings were out of stock and I got a refund. I didn’t want a refund I wanted the leggings. I explained I didn’t want the shirts if I couldn’t have the leggings. I went back on the website, ordered the leggings again and had my order confirmation- this is a binding contract. After another week I got a refund because they were out of stock despite being advertised as available. The order confirmation is legally binding and I expect my order to be fulfilled.

I ordered a Rab Namche jacket from Nevisport for a weekend walking. The delivery timescales were tight so i checked with customer services who told me, whilst they could not guarantee an exact delivery date, it would definitely be shipped that day or the next. I had a week to spare so took a chance. Despite the assurances, it wasn't even shipped until the day I was leaving for my trip and so I had to do without it. When it arrived, the product itself looked great but I haven't had a chance yet to test it in anger.

Sadly had to return jumper as it was too big. Still waiting for refund notification after 4 working days and safely delivered to return address.

Ordered 2 pairs of trainers, one pair came so checked my invoice and there was nothing about split orders. I emailed them enquiring what was happening and got a very poor, non informative reply so emailed agian and got another very short and unhelpful response that just told me they were on route, no customer care apology about their poor communication. Three weeks later still no trainers and on phoning them up I am now waiting on a internal invertigation with DHL In all of my communications have I been apologised to for being kept waiting....and as yet still no idea where my £120 trainers I have paid for are!!!

I have not received the full order, I am missing one item, it has been 2 weeks now, I had a promise of a call back from Nevisport with an update heard nothing, I have paid for something I have not received!!

I really like the jacket purchased as a gift for my husband but unfortunately the item has been delivered with two security tags left on it. Contacted customer services 4 days ago but no reply yet. Will be returning for a refund and purchasing from elsewhere.

I ordered a pair of Oboz firebrand size 8.5 it showed in stock ,,, a few days later I get a text saying order dispatched… then the same day I get a text saying the item is not in stock ? So I go to the web site and it’s showing in stock and lets me add the item to my basket 🧺 ???? As I realised something is wrong I telephoned your always very helpful staff who says it’s not in stock ! I say the web site shows it is ? But your person says A refund is on its way … Two minutes later I go back to your web site and look at the item I ordered again and this time it does show that the item is now marked as out of stock ? Indicating someone has just changed the system This is not ideal but as your staff were available curtious and got things sorted and refunded me without any issues I will be using your store for future purchases ( if you have what I want really in stock).

Clothing arrived on time and within the defined timescale. As per pricetag for Rab and Mountain Equipment gear, you pay for quality but NevisSport where cheaper than other vendors so good service there.. however... the map also ordered with the above came 10 days after order, 2 days after I actually needed it and now have no need for it as I took a chance and went to hills anyway, got lost, phone battery is dying as I write this review, somewhere in OS map 35 region, it also arrived scuffed and dog eared so not in new pristine condition id expect. Hence only 2 stars and not 5 if it had all arrived within 7 days in good condition!

Very poor unable to leave poor star rating. Boots had already been worn with tags removed. Asked for discount and told no as they were already discounted!?

Ridiculous sizing on the website on a pair of trousers which I wanted to return and get a size smaller. This option was not available - merely to return them. Still waiting for the money to go back into my account. Have now bought the right size from another company.

Ordered a sweater and added a T-shirt to minimise postage charges. T-shirt sent prior to notification that the more expensive item was out of stock. Would've cancelled both if I had known.

Boots arrived quickly and we're a good price. However, very disappointed that Nevisport do not sell women's boots smaller than a size 4.

Ordered 7/6/24 delivered 19/6/24 happy with jacket but disappointed with customer service and delivery DHL don't think I will use Nevisport again on delivery the package was open

I received a pair of shoes where the left foot was not the same as the right. When I returned these in good faith I had to pay for the postage. It was on the website, but I wrongly assumed I wouldn’t require to pay for them as it wasn’t my fault ? I did email before explaining why I was returning them and they told me to use the non-prepaid address label. I have been since in contact and I believe a refund is being raised.
