My purchase has been delivered with the security tag still attached. I am having to go into Glasgow to have it removed. Not good.

I have tried to buy 2 pairs of boots. These were sent quickly but both were really uncomfortable - the Salomon in particular wre dreadful, when compared to the previous model which were always extremely comfortable. It has cost me £15 to send them back. I won't be using Nevisport again.

Ordered jacket 11 days ago still not delivered by dhl , think you should reconsider them as a delivery option , emailed them twice just get excused that in transit

I bought two North Face t-shirts at nearly full price, but when delivered they were very poorly packaged (two loose unpackaged shirts which were just thrown into a bag) and came very creased up. They were going to be given as gifts. I doubt I’ll be purchasing from you again.

The product was fine but poorly packed; the protective card had been removed and stuffed in the pack, therefore the top of the map case was folded into the packing closure causing the case to be cut with scissors during opening. Also for the postage cost the delivery was slow.

No issues with Nevisport but major issues with the parcel couriers they use. Would think twice before ordering again if same parcel company used.

Sent the wrong top. On enquiry the wrong photo had been used on the website and they did not have any of the one I wanted in stock. Offered refund.

I ordered 3 items and only 2 arrived. I got a message saying the other item had sold out, however this was and is still available on the website. I sent a message via the website asking for this item to be sent to me and no one answered my message. Not very good customer service at all.

Hi, the boots are not true to size and the children disappointed. Would like to return both boots and request a refund. Can you advise what is the process for return and refund?

Competitively priced but let down by poor delivery and questionable packaging for a high value item. Unable to collect item first time due to error with DHL collection code. Spent 30 mins on phone to DHL to be told need to wait upto 48 hrs. Finally collected to find packaging badly damaged, and the coat soiled. Called to arrange return but now likely need to wait until after Christmas to process refund of over £230. I’ll pay more from a shop in the future to avoid disappointment.

Disappointed. Not only was the wrong item was supplied, but it was also cheaper! I didn’t want to have to expend my time and money returning the item. So left rather disappointed with the service from Nevisport.

Your sizing guide needs adjusting please. I ordered Size 7 believing it to be size 40 EU. When shoes arrived (size 7), the label detailed size 41, and indeed they were too big. I had to return them, losing the delivery charge £4.95, and no shoes.

My partner and I ordered a pair of Nova track boots and both were way to small - it’s not free returns so have cost us over £20 to send them back - it would be helpful for you to say they come up small and to order a whole size larger - I have never had shoes the size I needed as these were so small - I’m normally a size 6-7 at most - I ordered a 7 for thick socks and were so small I needed an 8!! The same for my partner - normally a 4-5 and needed a 6

I never got a text or email telling me that it had been delivered to my parcel drop location. I ended up going in and asking if they had it.

I am still expecting my ski to get delivered! Please don't use Parcel Force as main delivery very poor service.. So disappointed

Delivery was quick and prompt. However after a sea swim wrapping in a towel, then using Dry robe was disappointed to find my car seat soaking also could of wrung out robe. Not fit for purpose waste of money!

Not as advertised which is a disappointment. Missing insoles which can improve fit for people who need half sizes

Unfortunately the item I received was not what was stated on their website. The picture was of a different item and the description was wrong too. On the plus side they did send me a return label and refund me quickly but disappointing that I did not get the item I thought I was getting initially. It just meant I had to go elsewhere to purchase it.
