“My purchase arrived on time and I was kept informed of arrival date. It was a competitive price and was as I expected”

“This request for a review comes after sending me a jacket when I ordered boots then telling me the boots I ordered were no longer in stock. Telling me to send the jacket back before I can receive a refund. Jacket arrived back at your depot yesterday (Royal Mail tracked) and I still haven't received the refund how do you think you have done on this service? Utter garbage”

“Contacted my local store who informed me that they did not have my size in store but to purchase online and could return to store if not suitable. Great advice, no need to return, they fit perfectly.”

“Good service and quick delivery.well worth the purchase. Bought the same jacket 2 years ago from North Face for my son and it was stolen from him a few months later. Decided to get another one for him for Christmas. Found it on the North Face website and then found it on nevisport for £70 less. Very happy and I hope my son will be too even if I have to glue it on him !”

“First order was not great . The stuff you sell is at a good price but I don’t understand why you would use DHL tracking was all over the place till the very end it was like it was tracking 2 different orders . When you have spent 200 quid you neeed a good carrier . Used one of your competitors to get the other coat and had no problems or worry. And your refund policy should be if it goes missing refund your customers not sign a form then launch an investigation. So for me the cheep price wasn’t worth the week of worry . Sorry”

“Returned a coat which was delivered/collected on monday. Couldn't find a way to track the returns process so emailed. Waited 48 hours like their promised response time..nothing. gave them a call and was told didnt have it yet. Checked tracking again and they've signed for it so do have it. Tried to call again today at 15:50 waited 10 mins on hold to be cut off and told the opening hours of 8 - 5. Pretty poor customer service in my experience.”

“I bought these boots for my son because I bought the same boot for myself from Nevisport earlier in the year and received fantastic service for this top boot from Meindl. That's why I returned to the company. As for the boot, they are extremely good pro-level boots I expect to last very many years. Also, for me, a game-changer as they do half sizes, and being exactly on a half-size, this was the best fit I've ever had on a walking boots. Recommend thoroughly...”

“The fleece jacket was fine but too big so I returned it. Disappointed to have to pay delivery fees for purchase and return as free delivery only for items for over £79. There are plenty of other suppliers out there that don’t charge postage for purchase and returns and I will use one of them next time.”
