“The goods were fantastic but the delivery was difficult. I couldn't select a convenient day and time when ordering and the order arrived in 2 lots. It was very difficult to judge from the info given when it would arrive and when we needed to be home. An option for next day delivery, for a fee would have been much better for us.”

“Great item but shocking delivery Was told by email on Monday that the item was dispatched and that I'd be taking delivery on Wednesday. It turned out that the item didn't leave the warehouse until Wednesday and not two days earlier like I was told. Awful service”

“Quality product and bargain price on the wild country wildwire draws I bought. Really pleased with them, nice good solid draws. Excellent service from Nevisport. The draws came from three different shops, so my order was well coordinated. DHL on the other hand weren’t that great, but managed to remedy that eventually, although their website was a bit glitchy.”

“Item as described and delivered on time. Unfortunately the item was not my size so had to return. It’s been a week and I have not heard anything back with regards to my return so would say quite slow if unfortunately you have to return items”
